Update to my review below: I did receive an e-mail from them today apologizing and offering to send crew out again free of charge to correct what wasn't done. Too late as we have already taken care of it -- but they did offer. I have never used a cleaning service before. I called Molly Maid several weeks ago to set up a move-in clean for the kitchen and bathrooms for my daughter's new home. They were willing to work with our schedule and the price was right. I got to the house a little late but they were in the kitchen cleaning already - no complaints. They explained that the top of the cabinets had built up grease and dirt in the crevasses that they could not get cleaned. Also that they did their best on the oven and to try the self-clean option to possibly get the rest clean. I told them I understood as I knew that the kitchen would be a challenge and I would try Mr. Clean on those spots. I went up to the main bath and looked around -- it looked clean but did not smell clean and I saw that the light fixture above the sink was full of dust and not cleaned. Opened the linen closet and without my glasses it looked as though it had been wiped out. Checked with the ladies and yes bathroom had been cleaned but I told them the light fixture had not been. One lady went up and took care of it. Then checked the other bath - same thing light fixture not cleaned and bathroom still did not smell clean but looked clean. Same lady came in and took care of the light fixture. When they were finished they told me to look around and see if they had done what I requested. I just opened the refrigerator and the oven and looked at the outside of the cabinets and everything looked good - thanked them and they left. I should have opened drawers and the dishwasher as they did not wipe out any of them or wipe out the dishwasher. Had an e-mail from Nickkie in the office to see how things went and I explained that I wasn't happy -- heard nothing back from her. A day later I went to put towels in the linen closet and had my glasses on and decided to wipe my hand across the shelf first and dust and paint came off in my hand. Looked up at a higher shelf and saw ring marks - wet a paper towel to see if it was set in and the mark came off. I e-mailed Nickkie again and still heard nothing. I trusted these ladies and didn't go and check everything before they left so that is on me. I didn't think that I had to follow them around to be sure that the clean was done properly. Maybe they have to use scent free products but I would have preferred to smell something that makes you think "clean". The ladies worked hard and I think that there was not enough time scheduled for our job so they ran over. I would have preferred them to tell me that and say they would come back to finish. I will never use this service again.

Been about 3 weeks since I had them over for a one time clean before a party. Ariana came out and toured the house, looked in all the rooms, knew we had 2 cats and gave me an estimate of 2 cleaners 4-4.5 hours. Cleaners did a great job but sloooow. At 6 hours not even done with the second of 3 floors. Spoke with office and told can't really tell how long until they get in there and I'd have to pay for however long it took to finish or I could have them quit and just pay the 6 hours. Complained on website and on survey they sent me and have not heard from them yet. Don't believe the estimate!

Wow. Worst service ever. I have a 5 bedroom house and they cane and gave me an estimate of $300 which I thought was very high. They came and cleaned the kitchen, living room, dining room and one bathroom. Then they said they were out of time. Complete waste of money. Do not use this service!!

I used Molly Maids for their "move-out" service when moving out of my apartment and they did a superb job. In and out in 2 hours. I had lived there for 6 years and it looked like the day I moved in when they were finished. Thanks!

Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. Paid 240$ for initial deep clean, not what I would call a deep clean considering there was still dust and dog hair under all the furniture in my bedroom. I left cleaning products to be used and none were used. The House didn’t smell clean at all. Wrote an e mail to the owner and was told she would note my dissatisfaction on my account as to avoid it next time. Cut to next cleaning.... came home in the midst of the cleaning and headed upstairs. Same thing no smell still dirt under bed. The women came up and said “I know you complained last time is everything ok?” I was only in one room at the time. So yes it’s fine. Go downstairs and notice bathroom and laundry room floor was not cleaned at all! I actually got paper towels and wiped up dirt. I then sent email and pictures to the owner. I’ve now spent close to 400$ in two cleanings. I explain my dissatisfaction about the service yet again I received no response. Don’t waste your hard earned money for someone’s to surface clean your house with warm water!
