This company destroyed my backyard fence and front screen door and refused to replace it. They also refused to replace a lamp that was made by my husbands deceased grandmother after they misplaced it. I would not recommend this company. This company is defensive and refuses to accept responsibility for their actions. They have poor customer service. They blame the customer. They expect the customer to live up to their end of the arrangement but refuse to live up to their end. This is also evident in their negative responses to the various customers that share their negative experiences. They should use this energy to correct their wrongs.

The staff was very friendly and they did a good job on our floors but as they got closer to completion we started to notice certain items of ours were missing and when we tried to call them to find out what was going on they didn't answer. They damaged a mirror by accident an said they were going to bring a replacement but they never came back. a tv was also broken and our ladder disappeared from our garage.

Marling's absolutely blew away my expectations. I had an exterior electrical fire in my house just after celebrating my one year in the house. I did not know where to begin and Marling's walked me through the whole process. They were sincere, kind and timely. I had a quote within a day and even scheduled me for the next day for the clean up. House looks almost as good as new. Thank you guys again and I certainly would recommend to anyone looking for restoration work.

Marlings did a really good job helping me with a recent water damage situation. They came out quickly, evaluated things accurately, and got the water dried and the tear-out done in a single day. Friendly crew, too - nice people. My only criticism is that they did slightly over-commit by promising they'd be back out to meet with and handle everything with our insurance agent about the claim. They weren't actually able to make that meeting and we had to handle that side of things ourselves - we didn't even have the pictures they took of the actual damage. I'd still use Marling's again in a heartbeat, and everything turned out fine, but I should have gotten the pictures myself.

I love Marlings.... They come out very fast when you need them to. Their employees are courteous and very professional. They know just what to do to get the job done. I have them clean my carpets twice a year. I had my own shampooer and thought it was doing a great job. Then Marlings came out and did the carpets after I had a flood. They looked brand new, the color was much brighter and much lighter. I could not believe the difference. They are the best and I recommend them to everyone.

I would not hesitate to recommend Marling's for any type of emergency --fire, flood, even air duct cleaning. I had a neighbor who called me with a flooded basement to ask if I could help get rid of the water. As soon as I took one look at the situation I called Khristian directly on her cell phone (when I should have called Marling's directly!). Not only was Khristian out of town, she still made sure that my neighbor's needs were addressed ASAP and had a Marling's team at her house in under 30 minutes!! I cannot recommend the superior quality and compassion that Khristian brings to every customer high enough.

I had used Marling's last year and had a great experience although this year it was less then stellar, I'll chalk it up for the guy getting tired from the job before mine, the carpets looked like they only ran a vacuum over them and left them soaked. It took two days for the carpet to dry. Definately not like the first experience, Thought I had found a reliable carpet cleaner guess I'll look again
