We had our dryer vents cleaned and the covers replaced after birds made a home in our vents. The company was professional, courteous and responsive. I received both an email and text confirming the appointment and, the week of the appointment, the exact time that the technicians would be here. I got a call that the technicians would be 1/2 hour late. Kyle and Josh were there within the revised time, did their job efficiently and thoroughly, and were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Delaware Dryer Vents! They were one of the best service companies I have dealt with in years.

We have 30 units on 5 floors and they were able to handle, not only the main vents, but the vents in each unit while conforming with new regulations for vent cleaning and replacement. Our building is a 1982 structure with plenty of obstacles but DV handled them all effectively. Our Board of Directors is very pleased with the way things were handled from beginning to end.

I am not big on giving anything or anyone a five star. That said, I am very pleased with the work that was done on our dryer. Clyde discovered the vent was cut short and added more material so that the dryer did not have to be right against the back wall. He cleaned up after himself, plus moved anything that was in his way.
