EXCELLENT JOB! Matt was wonderful,he went over every step of the job he was doing with me. I have had a lot of people do work on my house, Matt by far was one of the best. Being a woman who owns property sometimes people are not honest with what the problem is or how to solve it. Matt has restored my faith that there are still truly good people who just want to help others to their best ability. I will be referring other to your company,especially women like myself who are hard working and who just want things to be fixed in their homes.I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!!!!

We had an immediate need for a plumber at our business and after getting the run around from a few places, we contacted Budget Rooter and they had a technician out to our business within 2 hours. The technician, Tony, was a true professional. He explained everything in depth prior to doing the work and was both efficient and courteous. Also would like to compliment the Office Manager, Amanda, who's friendly and reassuring demeanor were very welcome and appreciated. We will definitely use this local business as our go to from this point forward.

I had a leak behind my bathtub in one of the drain pipes. After reading reviews of many plumbers, I called Budget Rooter out for a free estimate. I first emailed them to ask how to get the free estimate. They advised me to call and set up a time, which I did. Michael called to let me know when he would be there. He came out on time and observed the problem. He discussed various options I had to either fix it myself or how they would address it. He wrote me up an estimate before he left and I also received one in the mail from BR a couple days later. I ended up doing the repair myself and the info and advice that Michael gave me was invaluable. I would not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing problem.

they kept saying that they would come fix the problem but didn't do it and also one the the brothers started shouting at me on the phone. i would never deal with that B.S. again.

I had a great experience with Budget Rooter. I was selling my house and had to get some things repaired as per the home inspector. I had to deal with several different types of companies and Budget Rooter was a breath of fresh air! They were so friendly, explained things to me in a way I could understand and they were fast! I would definitely recommend using them if you ever are in need! They did quality work and were great to deal with!

Budget Rooter is by far the best plumbing company around!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any sort of plumbing issues. The are very reliable, courteous, affordable and extremely professional. Not long ago, my pipes froze and eventually ended up bursting in my home. There was water everywhere. I have a rental house in NEW CASTLE DE, and made an appointment with them and no one showed up. Then when I called the office I was told I never set up a time, I was put on hold then when hey returned she said, O im sorry there was a mix up in the timing of your appointment. I would suggest using caution when dealing with Budget Rooter.

Called Budget Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink. Spoke to a gentleman over the weekend, who advised me that I could save some money if I could wait until Monday (no problem for me). Monday morning a young lady called to confirm, get my address and set up the appointment for that day. She called back within a hour and told me the tech (including his name) was in route. Once the tech arrived and we talked briefly about my concerns and than he went right to work. He worked almost non-stop, except to occasionally inform me of his progress. Once he completed the job by freeing the clogged sink, he showed me that the water was draining quickly and freely. I was really impressed with the way he went about cleaning up everything after he was done. He did a real nice job of free my sink and cleaning up the floor and area under the sink. For all intent and purpose, you could not tell that he was ever in my house. Great job Budget Rooter, Great job Mike. Quality work at a very reasonable price

I had a "handyman" to my house to fix my toilet because it was cheaper. The next day the toilet was leaking worse than ever, and I called three plumbing companies for estimates. After reading these reviews, I almost didn't call Budget Rooter, but now I'm so grateful I did. Not only did they give me the lowest estimate, they called me when someone was on the way, cleaned up after themselves, and were patient with my 100 questions. From the first call I knew I was dealing with professionals. Within two hours of my non-emergency call the technician came out and went over my issue leaving no doubt concerning the procedure and the process. I had to call my supplier to turn off the water in which time I could have been left in the lurch but only one call to Budget Rooter I was told the man was on his way. Within an hour they came and repaired; neat, clean and pretty-as-you-please. We will definitely be calling upon this company again.

Terrible Receptionist, she got rude because I asked for A certain person. Ppl need to further their education if they wanna be more than A receptionist. Don't take it out on the customers. I received attitude from the minute the call started.

I have used Budget Rooter several times and each experience has been delightful. One time I had to use them because someone dumped a whole bowl of lemon peels in my garbage disposal. I thought that I was going to have to replace the garbage disposal but Budget Rooter was able to fix it the same day. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a very old type drain pipe for my sump pumps that became plugged. It was going to be costly to dig up and replace. Technicians Michael and Jared went above and beyond in thier efforts to successfully clear the pipe. The piping will eventually need replacement but it will give me time to save up and budget when the time comes. Great, friendly and fair service.

Can't say enough about working with Budget Rooter! From Amanda in the office to Mark ,the service technician, all things went well. Very professional group and will certainly use them again. While plumbing repair isn't a pretty thing, their work reflected their knowledge and professionalism both in customer service and quality repair. I initially called due to a leak that had my kitchen floor saturated with water. After having to demo my kitchen to get to the leak, two other issues were uncovered. From the rusted out pipe, to the uncoupled vent stack to the corroded leaking pipe coming out from the back of my bathroom I had more issues than I originally thought. Each were handled beautifully and professionally. I went through a service contract on my home for drainage but Budget Rooter was out to my house within 4 hours of the claim being made. Thanks Mark and Amanda. It was great working you both.
