Poor customer service. Did not move anything and just went around things. Kept over emphasizing they only had 45 minutes, yet stopped to talk on their cell phones. Did absolutely no spot cleaning at all. All the spots that were there before them were still there after they went over it with the shampooer. Did not see them do any carpet extraction at all. Will report to my property management so they don't get paid for services not rendered properly. The floors look the same as when I cleaned them with my own carpet cleaner. Very disappointed. The 2 stars is for showing up and getting service cleaning done.

Came extremely late in the day which was a total inconvenience for my family then told us it would take four hours to dry which was a lie carpets were left soaked my family an I had to get a hotel for the night just to allow to dry for the night only the next day were still soaked we left fans running and our air conditioning. I would not recommend this service to anyone. This leads to mold an smells

Glad I called because they were courteous, scheduled me the very next day and very happy with service. I moved out my 6th floor apt and they were able to clean it. Not sure if i was suppose to tip but i did anyway because i was very happy with the results. I will be using again and told my mom and she's calling them soon.

Scheduled an appointment today for 8-1230. By 2 o'clock, I had called twice to see if and when they were coming. Never received a return call. It's now 6:20pm and still nothing. I knew I should have called Stanley Steamer.

Said they would be here in the morning, it’s going on 3 pm... I’ve talked to the dispatch manager 3 times now and every time he replies “there finishing up their job, should be there in 30 min”. If your going to have a business at least tell the truth about being late. Sorry but would NEVER recommend.

False advertising only $35 for one room but have a minimum charge of $105 poor customer service on the phone. If I could give less than one star I would.

Just got home from them doing my carpets and I am SO not happy ! my carpets are still soaked in random places, they literally missed the entire front of my bedroom. I only see the little triangles in certain places not all over my apartment. & when I called just now to ask about it I was informed they don’t do stain removal. However they have a brush they use to help loosen the dirt. How are you carpet cleaners but don’t remove stains ? The only difference of my carpet from before is triangles in random places and soaking wet spots in certain places.

They did a great job! I pointed out some trouble areas and they got the stains out. Were also very courteous and pretty quick too. Carpet looks and smells fantastic!

I was a little nervous using Apple Carpet Cleaners from reading previous reviews/ ratings. I’m super happy that I followed my gut and scheduled to get my carpets cleaned. The technician did an excellent job, my carpets were dried in a timely fashion, and my home smells wonderful. I will certainly use Apple Carpet Cleaners again.
