I am pretty sure all reviews for this company is written by the owner. I purchased a Groupon for cleaning service. I reached out the the next day to setup and service, and my call was immediately rejected and I got a text message response. So I responded back to the message and heard nothing back from them the whole day. I then left an email inquiry and still no response. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried placing one more call and with no success. My last resort was to get my money back from Groupon. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to give someone my business!!!

Amazon Gold is AMAZING and super professional. Communication from day one was great. They responded within minutes every time I reached out, were able to accommodate my schedule request and kept in touch so I’d know what to expect during my cleaning. My service had to be cancelled and rescheduled a couple of times, and the messages weren’t flying right back - I was clear it’s a working person on the other side not an automated system, but Ananda(did I get it wrong or everyone else, not sure lol) was so friendly and did an absolutely great job! Cleaned so much in two hours!! Person saying everyone is the owner makes no sense and must have had unreasonable expectations. I am certainly calling back to schedule regular service! And it was great to get a deal through Groupon!
