This place is the worst, my wife just started working there this week. She got bit by something that came from a box in the stock room, by the way is disgusting. They didn't give her the proper treatment or no blood test, because they are cheap and dont care. Her arm was red and num. So they let here go cause they new they where wrong for this. Waiting on her doctor to give us the result. This company sucks ,don't care about there employees .

We have been using Unifirst's service for a year now and are extremely happy with them. Our route driver is very professional and pleasant. He takes the time to go over everything with us on delivery day. For the couple small issues we have had, they have been resolved within 1 to 2 business days even if it meant a manager personally driving a wearers uniforms down to us. We look forward to a long relationship with Unifirst.

I am so glad to be finished with this company. We were using them for uniforms and shop towels. It wasn't until we changed companies, that we were able to see the difference. First, our new salesman showed me the codes on the replacement uniforms my guys were getting from UniFirst. We were paying for a new replacement uniform service each week, so if one of my guys lost or damaged his uniform it was to be replaced with a new one. Yet their codes indicated that these replacement uniforms were used, and by another company or other companies! Charging us for new, giving us junk! Second, their shop towels were always delivered in bulk, in plastic bags. We could never tell how many towels we received each week. We relied on their count. We were always running short. Now with our NEW Company, we receive a hamper of bundled towels each week. It is very easy to tell how many towels we receive. We now have a stock pile of towels! We get the same amount as before per week yet we have towels leftover. This tells me that UniFirst was shorting us. To go from one extreme - SHORT to another - STOCKPILE would be the only answer. Very happy to have moved on......

Absolutely horrendous. They truly do not care about their employees yet they preach about becoming a “family”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Most of these reviews are also about the drivers which btw make 3x what everyone else makes...but you don’t hear anything about the plant facility itself. What about the people who actually clean the stuff, not just drops it off/ picks it up. Almost no room for growth in this company.
