Mike came out promptly, gave a thorough estimate and laid out the various options available to us. We worked on a good solution for our home, and the team they sent out did exactly what we asked them to do. The team - Chelsea and a partner (who has rotated) - has been consistent and they have done a great job. Chelsea is thorough, complete, and flexible in terms of working around the dogs and people in the house. They are a shade expensive, but my experience here is that you get what you pay for, and we are very pleased with what we are getting.

They have wonderful attention to detail and are on time, efficient and curtious. We wil be moving in the near future and have plans on having them clean our new home too! Between working full time and taking care of our 10 month old, cleaning became low on the list. Letxy and Marisol (Team 4) were amazing. Not only were they personable and professional, they did fantastic work! My house hasn't looked this clean in forever. I can't speak highly enough about them. The cleaning products they used made the house smell wonderfully clean. And, as I know is most important for people, the price is reasonable and well worth the work they do!! I had the first part of my initial cleaning today and I am thoroughly impressed. Bethany and Crystal were so kind and I was very happy with what they've done so far. My shower was so clean I didn't even want to shower! They cleaned the inside of my toaster, microwave, and coffee maker! They were very detail oriented and cleaned areas that I dont normally pay much attention to. Ashley, the quality manager also paid a visit to ensure everything was going well- talk about great customer service! I'm looking forward to my second half of my initial clean in a few weeks!

My experience of the Cleaning Authority of Vernon has been excellent since their first visit last October. Their teams are very well organized and thorough. When they leave the house is sparkling. They learned quickly how to cope with the oddities of a log house heated mostly by wood-burning stoves, which means some wood dust all though the winter. This week I have been able to see how the workers are trained on the job; Rosa shows them how to do things, in what order in a house totally new to them and helps them learn the how-to of the cleaning as well as learning to work as a team, and getting confidence in their own abilities. The workers are very pleasant to have in the house and I look forward to seeing them arriving. There is a good deal of flexibility in those who come to our house; the job is done just as well whoever is here and even' if they have not seen the house before. This team continues to perform with excellence; I look forward every 2 weeks to see them again, with their cheerful hard work; I would not given them up for any bribe! and enjoy meeting both new members and those whom I see often. Rosa was busy with two new people to train and did very well with them, who gave us spotless rooms; while Rosa helped Kelsie and Glory to learn she managed to her own share of the work. In the past Claudia has worked with Rosa here and both did an excellent job, which is true of every team has been here.

I contacted The Cleaning Authority to assist me with clean up after removal of our popcorn ceiling. Here are some post clean up pictures. Some areas of the house were simply not even touched. I contacted Mike the owner who did not seem to be interested in my concerns over the expertise of his employees. I wish I had been educated beforehand on the limited services provided by this company when they are called for a one time cleaning (which was described to me as a "detailed" clean). It was evident that even after providing my feedback I wasn't important as a customer.

I can't say enough about this company! I applied for an online quote and was contacted by the owner the very next day. Mike came to my house to finalize my expectations. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. When the cleaning group arrived (exactly on time) they were so kind and professional as well . I have 3 dogs and they were also so good with them! That means a lot to us. Mikes partner stopped by on the first day to assess how things were going. I liked that. They have continued to do an excellent job over the months, house is always sparkling when I get home. No artificial scents used which is important to us too. Nothing is ever out of place or broken. I truly love this company and trust them completely!

The team does a great job working around our children and their toys. Our little ones are upset by loud noises and they are really good about using lower vacuum settings when the children are in the room! They work around long term construction projects in the house! The owners check in with us to make sure all is going well, the ladies are great with our children and smile and talk to them. There may be some missed spots here and there but they are not suppose to replace your cleaning your own home! Money well spent!!!! Why not 5 stars?? 5 star from me means I was totally blown away and there is nothing that could be done better.

As a nurse, I value not only cleanliness but also my time. When I hired The Cleaning Authority, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I did not have to sacrifice one of these things to get the other. We have had half a dozen cleaning companies in the past and each time I was left feeling disappointed but continued on with the service just to have my precious time to myself to do the many other tasks that accompany being a wife and mother. It left me feeling frustrated that I was spending money on sub par cleaning services. No one lived up to my expectations... until I had The Cleaning Authority come out. They clean baseboards and appliances and window sills... along with other rarely cleaned places and items. They made up my 6 year old daughter's bed to look like a hotel bed! She LOVED it so much she wanted to sleep on top of the quilt! As any mother knows, if you are good to our kids, we will always be appreciative. I was already a grateful customer with the quality of services I was receiving, but you went above and beyond this week with that small gesture of making my daughter's bed look like a luxurious princess bed. I am officially a loyal customer!

Their services are somewhat inconsistent, but generally good. Their sales pitch mentioned trying to have the same people come to our house and a particular time. They did not have a consistent group of people coming to clean and they did not keep to their schedule well. They changed the time of my clean without notifying me or asking me, but eventually did move it back to my original time. They have raised their rates without any improvements to their services and it seems unwarranted with their inability to maintain a high level of service. The owners are very responsive to contact and their payment/website make managing my account very convenient.
