I have to admit that I am not a big review writer but when you find a great service, why not share with other people THE GREAT experience you had? And I have to say that Sparkling Cleaning Services IS Definitely THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE OUT THERE! My family owns a property in Connecticut that we frequently rent. At first we had a lot of trouble because we could not find a reliable person to clean the house every time a tenant left. And for those who rent properties, you know how messy the tenants can be sometimes, right? So we started looking for trust worthy companies until We found SPARKLING CLEANING SERVICES. I mean We Love Angelina! We fell in love with her since the day we met. She is great and her crew is fantastic! They are always on time, they are very neat and fast and I love that they are very polite and respectful but my favorite part is how shiny and clean they leave the house every time. Even if we are not in town they give me a complete report of how the house is after the tenants left. That’s how much we trust Angelina. I mean I wound definitely recomend them a thousand times! I wish they open a branch here in Florida! So yeah! Hire the best! I hope this helps someone looking for great cleaning services in Connecticut.

If you're looking for someone to do your housework, Sparkling Cleaning Services is SIMPLY the BEST! I've been using them for three years now. I originally needed help with spring cleaning and I called Angelina after a friend raved about them. I can see why! The girls arrived right on time and cleaned everything that I had on my list and more! The glass is sparkling, the floors look new and they even cleaned inside my fridge and in my coffee maker. They will go up on ladders, down at floor level. They scrubbed, polished, and finished each room with care. Well worth the price! The girls are always professional and polite. I am so glad that I found them! They come to clean my home now on a monthly basis and they never disappoint!

I am thoroughly disgusted by this company. My girlfriend and I found a great deal on Groupon for this business. After checking reviews, we decided to move forward. Once we purchased the Groupon, we called to set up an appointment and were told by Angelina, the owner, that the Groupon cannot be used for cleaning a house before moving in, which is what we wanted. We said we understood and that we would pay for the cleaning because we needed everything thoroughly cleaned before we could move in. My girlfriend has a back injury and I work all the time and this seemed like the perfect place to have come and get the cleaning done. They also told us that we could use the Groupon toward the cleaning we were going to have done at the house we were moving out of. So far so good. The two person crew arrived at our new house on time. They began cleaning and everything seemed to be going well, until they were wrapping up and my girlfriend noticed crumbs all over the counter, grease all over the cabinets and knobs, hair around the showers, etc. She tried to point it out but neither person spoke English. My girlfriend had to call Angelina so that she could translate what needed to still be done. Well, that turned into a big ordeal, to the point that Angelina said she would be there today at 9:30, with the two workers, to take a look. They showed up today and Angelina was shown what wasn't cleaned. They started cleaning again, using a sponge my girlfriend brought over and cleaning the sinks and around the toilets with the same sponge. They also cleaned the floor with this same sponge!! They didn't even have the proper cleaning equipment or cleaning supplies!! We are NOT nit picky people, but when you pay for a "DEEP CLEAN" service ($400), you would think it would be cleaned!! They didn't clean the tops of anything because they didn't have any type of ladder or step stool. Finally, Angelina said they were "done" even though other things were being pointed out. Then Angelina said my girlfriend was asking them to do stuff that was "unreasonable." Since when is it "unreasonable" to ask that stuck on food and hair be cleaned from surfaces!! The cabinets are white and you can SEE EVERYTHING! Then a big argument ensued over payment. They were told we wouldn't be paying $400 for a service that wasn't performed properly, that WE will now have to clean. Angelina then began telling my girlfriend she "had problems" and never intended on paying in the first place! None of which is true!! We called for a service and just wanted that service to be performed!! IT WAS NOT!! My girlfriend paid half, because some things were cleaned, but not DEEP cleaned and not thoroughly cleaned. I got a tearful phone call from my girlfriend, while I am at work, telling me how she was repeatedly insulted and told "she had problems"!!! I work in a customer service field and I cringe thinking that a business could treat customers this way! Especially the business owner!! So now we are out the Groupon as well, because it could only be used with them!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I have used Sparkling Cleanning Services bi-weekly for almost 9 years now. The girls and the owner Angelina are absolutely wonderful, professional, honest and trustworthy. I’ve had to have last minute cleanings at my home to which Angelina and her crew were very accommodating. I love coming home to a spotless house, laundry washed and folded ( all my part is to put it away ) and knowing that the people who were in my home are respectful and again trustworthy. Last year I had to have surgery and was immobile for over 4 months and the girls not only came to clean my home but without hesitation asked to go get my mail for me and take my dog out, this was not asked of them to do but simply just the type of caring employees this business has. I have recommended Sparkling Cleaning Services to many family, friends, neighbors and coworkers who to this day thank me! They are the best in my opinion and highly recommend this business to anyone that wants their home to be professionally cleaned and beyond satisfied with what they paid/pay for.
