I had Servepro come out bc I wanted to get two quotes. Their quote was three times as much as another, but they seemed much more thorough so I decided to go with them. I was very concerned about mold spreading and wanted to deal with the issue right away. The estimator Mitch was fantastic! He was on time, explained everything to me in great detail and followed through on all he promised. The workers he sent,Juan and Jeff, were also very nice and conscientious of my children’s needs and health. They did a great job sealing things off and protecting my home from the mold spreading. However, they asked if they could come early the second day and showed up 45 min late and then damaged my walls but didn’t have the nerve to tell me. They also left a mess in my back yard which i didn’t find until i went to play with my daughter from their sprayer. I gave them a 10/10 on their written survey bc they handed it to me as they were cleaning. They did a fantastic job in my attic where the damage was but then made a mess of my hallway cleaning by pulling the paint off my walls so I gave them a 3 here. Now i have to have my hallway repainted. I wouldn’t have been upset if they told me. However leaving without saying anything really seemed unprofessional. I also have two stars bc the crew said it was the offices fault for not calling to tell me they would be late because they were in a meeting and they did not call ahead when coming to get equipment as promised. Communication on a project is so important. I later found out they also damaged the new bathroom vent tubing that went to my soffit to expel the moisture from the bathroom. Ironically this allowed more moisture into the attic that they just removed all of the mold from because of moisture from the storm. Just the icing on the cake.

The worst most inexperienced "illegal aliens" I have EVER worked with. As a former combat Marine and a builder with over 35 years experience, I was overruled in every stage of remodeling in the reasoning of profit over professionalism. Peter, the owner, cares ONLY about profit and if he says otherwise, HE IS LYING. Believe me, I left that company because they hire illegals who don't KNOW HOW TO BUILD BUT ARE EASY TO CONTROL. I REFUSED TO DO "HACK"WORK AND LEFT. HIRE THEM IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT QUALITY WORK. SINCERELY. RJ MOYHER .BUILDER/USMC

Great customer service. From my 1st initial call to clean up and reconstruction, it was a pleasure working with ServPro of Meriden. Our tenant had a massive backup that flooded the whole apartment with water and sewage. Servpro of Meriden was out there within the hour. They helped me with the whole process of going through insurance and answered any and ALL questions i had. They referred me to a great construction company as well (Green Construction). I will recommend SP of Meriden to all my friends and family. Great work guys!!!

When I found myself needing help with a minor water situation, I was at a loss as to where to begin. Since I prefer to shop local I thought I would look for a company based in Meriden. From my first phone call to SERVPRO to the pick up of equipment, everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Anthony, the project manager that I dealt with was very easy to talk to. He explained what would take place and why and told me if I had any further questions or concerns to call him, (I’m sure at times he was sorry he said that). All in all everyone that I spoke to and came in contact with contributed to a very satisfactory outcome. Hopefully I don’t ever need that kind of service again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call them.

After receiving a call from my tenant that the hot water heater was leaking and there was 6 inches of water on the floor, I called ServPro in Meriden to take care of the problem. My tenant couldn't have been happier with the promptness that the problem was addressed, the quality of service, and professionalism of the technicians. Happy tenant, happy landlord! Also kudos to the office staff for helping provide my insurance company the info necessary to process my loss claim. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to call them again should the need arise.

Bad company would never recommend . Know multiple people who have had issues with this branch . Won't stop harassing me with calls about a remaining payment that i am not responsible for. As a follow up to the owner response below, my condo board is responsible for the 1k , at this meriden location, they have had multiple people in charge of billing who have no clue what they are doing and leave before finishing a case. This has now has been sent to a collections agency because this company cannot simply make a phone call to my condo board I have never seen a company so stupid and unorganized in all my life. Hopefully people can view this and use an alternative

Our water heater broke and dumped over 50 gallons of water throughout our finished basement. We have only been homeowners for less than five years and never had an issue like this happen before. My wife was the one that discovered the problem while I was at work. She called the insurance company and they explained what we should do in order to properly clean and dry the basement. The first step was to contact Servpro. They had a representative at our house within 2 hours and that gentleman explained in great detail everything. These guys are absolutely amazing! There was a crew extracting water, removing the pad under the carpet and moved everything out of the way. We didn’t have to do a thing. They even cleaned items that got wet, boxed and labeled everything. They completed everything they said they were going to do within the time frame given to us. The communication between their office was top notch. We didn’t even have to lift a finger. Our basement is better than it was before. Would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Used Servpro Bloomfield/Enfield office for remediation of a small flood in basement. After reviewing itemized bill, I noticed they charged me for things that were not performed. When I contacted them and apparently spoke to one of the owners, (female), she became angry and ended the conversation abruptly. This was the office that services the MERIDEN, Ct area. To me, this is insurance fraud to pad their pockets and once they reached the maximum insurance would pay, they dropped me like a hot cake leaving live outlets laying on the floor and light switches hanging between the studs. Very poor business. I would NOT recommend this company. Addendum: After speaking to Bill at the MERIDEN Servpro, I am sorry to say that the Servpro I was dealing with was the Bloomfield/Enfiel office. I did not work with the MERIDEN office but When I spoke to Bill, he reassured me that his office would help me fix the issues the other office left hanging. Thank you for your kind words Bill.

ServPro was very professional and responsive in time of water damage at our Morristown NJ townhouse. They dried the hallway, took out the carpet padding, and ensured that mold did not work. However, giving 4-stars as online documentation is thing pre-post with moisture measurements and other things needed for insurance. Also carpet could have been ripped in a way that makes it easier to replace. But overall, would use again. Thank you.
