I walked into a clients home and found water running through the ceiling. I immediately called a friend who works for Servpro. Within and hour, I had a site visit, plan for remediation, and times table to execute that plan. From the Management, to front office, down to staff on site, I cannot say enough good things. Polite, courteous, punctual, and most of all accommodating and respectful of my schedule and my clients home! Top notch organization and even better owners and employees! Thank You!

Extremely upsetting experience with Servpro of Danbury/Ridgefield. I have a family member who was hospitalized after falling in her home. There was sadly a horrific, disturbing mess left in her home (excrement all over the floor, carpet, couch that had been sitting for days and seeped into the floor) that needed to be cleaned while my mother was in the emergency room scrambling to get her the right care. In the middle of this chaos, my mother called Servpro to have someone come to the home and clean the mess. This was highly important for me to have someone come and clean the mess so my mother would not have to subject herself to cleaning up 5 day old waste! She has been through enough taking care of our family member who has been in poor health. Servpro actually told my mother they didn't have time for the clean up and that she should go to Home Depot, buy some rags and cleaning products and clean it herself! CLEAN IT HERSELF?! As if my poor mother hasn't done enough, now she needs to clean up and breathe in 5-day old waste?! I am DISGUSTED with Servpro. How can you offer a service and then deny a customer?? Not a big enough job I guess? Maybe that should be more transparent in their advertising. They also told her it would be $200 to just walk through the door and my mother was happy to pay it and the rest of the cost of the cleaning. The rep said he would try to fit it in and call her back but we never heard a word.

Servpro is a total disappointment. They do not communicate what is going on. I had tenants in my property they dealt with the tenant and not me, the owner and the person hiring them!!! I would NEVER recommend these people. Calvin is the main contact and he is the one that does not follow through and although I called 4 times in one day to get a status and to find out the condition of the apartment and with continued assurance from his office he would be calling me, I received NO call NO information but yet he has the nerve to discuss my property with the rentors???? And leave me out of the loop?? Who is this person??? I don't trust them at all or what they are doing about the water damage and dry out. DON'T EVER USE THIS GROUP!! They certainly do not meet their past excellent history of their name, don't believe the ads or past reviews. I almost fired them a week ago but he talked me into staying with them I am sorry I did not act on my instincts.

The morning of June 3rd I woke up to water in my apartment. It effected the second bedroom, hall bathroom and entryway to my unit. What a nightmare! Called SERVPRO of Danbury/Ridgefield and Scott was there within an hour. Three days later it was dry and ready for re-construction. Last month, my girlfriend walked into her condo to a massive flood from a frozen burst water pipe when the temperature dipped below zero from a Polar Vortex. She got home around 6pm on a Friday. Water was pouring like a river through 3 floors and into the basement which had a about 3 inches of standing water by this time. I called ServPro of Danbury/Ridgefield and Rob Salmon answered immediately and said hold tight, he would get his guy right down. Not more than a half hour later, Calvin Yoran was at the condo assessing the damage and helping me take down the rest of the ceiling that had collapsed and was precipitously hanging down into the first floor office. His initial walk through was informative and helped put our minds at ease about the real severity and subsequent demo work that would need to be done. Calvin took all the necessary pictures and documented all of the damage on all 3 floors, and even showed us where the hidden damage was happening behind the walls and floors from the pipe bursting. The next day, (Saturday morning) Calvin had his crew at the condo first thing in the a.m., taking down the affected areas and demoing the walls and ceilings that had sustained massive water damage. They set up industrial fans to run at full blast and rid the house of excess moisture and prevent any mold from taking root in between the floors. The work was efficient and done flawlessly. Both Rob and Calvin kept us abreast of the next steps in the situation, as we have never dealt with a frozen pipe burst before. They constantly were texting us, answering our questions, and stopping by to do moisture testing while the fans did their job. We are now in the insurance side of things, and in the process of rebuilding the whole section of the condo that got damaged. We hope to be back to normal soon. The whole ordeal could have been much, much worse if it weren't for the quick action of Rob and Calvin from ServPro of Danbury/Ridgefield!

After a disgusting septic pipe issue, my basement was a DISASTER!!!! Thankfully, Rob Salmon and Calvin Yoran were amazing. Rob was there immediately to check out the situation, and Calvin was there the next day with his crew. I was amazed with the prompt and efficient job they did. To say my house smelled phenomenal once they were done is a total understatement. Huge thank you for getting this single moms basement back together.
