Hoorible customer service. Many things broken during move, boxes mislabeled and hard to unpack. . They were quick to put a lien on my house because the insurance company had not paid them yet. The only reason they didn't get paid timely was they threw all our hanging clothes in small boxes and incurred a $2700 dry cleaning bill they didn't address for 2 1/2 months. I've been waiting for 45 minutes for them to come to our house for a scheduled appointment to go over broken items just called to find out they aren't coming. I took a day off from work and no consideration. Very frustrated. Use anyone but them

This company lies and is a rip off. They lie about what the insurance is going to give you and then send men out who can’t even look you in the face. They had me sign their tablet telling me is was for something it wasn’t. They charged me for emergency service but it was a Monday mid day. They send no itemized bills. Just a form saying you would pay no matter how much. They forged my name. They charged me for way more than ins Pd me and it covered nothing. I will tell anyone I can not to use them.

Nothing was left undone and I never had to worry about the details. There isn’t a single drop of water or sign of moisture in my home after my dishwasher overflowed. Office staff does not return phone calls, including messages left for owners! Company received money in March 2017 and have yet (as of July 17, 2017) to pay outstanding invoices even though invoices were submitted promptly. I would love to hear back from someone to resolve this matter.

I love these guys! They have the right protection and responded soo fast when my basement flooded. There was no way I was going down there after I saw that my animals’ excretions were floating around. These guys can handle getting down and dirty!

Had the town sewer back up into my finished basement. Water seeped under my laminate floor. Called Servpro and the were so expedient to show up and rip up my floor. They sprayed sanitizer and put blowers and hepafilters to dry out the area. However they didn’t give me a price for this until they were done. I didn’t have a chance to ask because they were at my door so quickly and I was at work. My daughter was home to let them in. Anyway they never told me they were not licensed in MA to do any other work then what they did. When they were there, the project manager, Justin said that the 2 ft of wall need to be torn down and replaced because of water in the walls which he said would cost approximately $6000. I asked them if they could do the work but because they are only licensed in CT they told me to contact another company which I did. The other company wanted their initial report/assessment so they knew what to do and the information on the water in the walls. After asking Servpro several times, they would not give me the information and the other company would not do anything without it. Needless to say my walls remain as is because Servpro was so uncooperative. Also they were very overpriced for the work. My neighbor had comparable work done for $1500, they charged me $4000. I do not recommend this company. They are very quick to take your money and that’s it. Stay away unless you live in CT and have money to throw away.

We have used Servpro a number of times over the years and they are absolutely the best. Starting with the initial call to the office until the end of the process they are very well organized and each team knows exactly what they are doing and what they need to do. They explain in advance each step of what they are going to do and provide a price which is very fair. They respond very quickly which in our case each time has been absolutely important. We are considered very hard to please but I have no criticism of this company in anyway and I am not usually even motivated to review a business but in this case I felt I needed to. No one in my family works for Servpro LOL!

I had an awful sewer leak in my house and after the plumbers did their work SERVPRO came and did clean up. It was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. Called to schedule initial assessment and they were flexible with scheduling and came as promised (called to say they were running late). Gave me an estimate mid-afternoon and offered a crew to start right away but I thought starting fresh the following morning made more sense - which was yesterday . They arrived on time (crew of 3), got to work and did a great job. Quick, thorough, frequently and clean!!! Dustin, a field Manager visited during project to be sure all was going well. Came in UNDER what initial estimator suggested. I am VERY happy I contracted with SERVPRO and the work they did!

During a recent storm my roof was damaged and the water came in , only to be followed by mold. The insurance company has not been very helpful. Dustin Jones from Servpro of Bloomfield has been extremely helpful. He helped me to understand the issues and options. He offered helpful suggestions to remediate the problem while waiting on the insurer. He discussed options and reasonable costs for future service. He was available when needed, always prompt, polite, extremely knowledge and explained in easy to understand terms. I can not suggest a single thing he could do to improve service and performance of the company. I would recommend if you have any similar issues you Call Servpro and ask to work directly with Dustin. Thank you Dustin !

Please do not use this business, the staff is not honest! They do not tell the truth. I had to call the Police on them because they stated we had their equipment in our house when in fact was discovered in their facility. The office staff is very unprofessional, especially accounts receivable who threaten to put a lien on my house for a previous bill that belongs to someone else. She was rude and disrespectful to both me any husband. While we understand one of the workers may have forgotten to sign the equipment back into the company but to accuse us or the tenant of stealing the equipment is ridiculous Look elsewhere for service for fire, water, or any type of damage to your home. This company lacks customer service. The rating of one star is generous!

I called Servpro about six months ago to deal with a mold problem I had in my basement. They did a great job assessing the damage and removing everything that had been contaminated. I’m happy to say that the mold problem hasn’t returned which means they did a great job!

Power drill, rotissere, expensive draperies, 5 area carpets, CPAP machine belonging to Veterans Administration, pictures, vases, even took decorative Curtin rods. The only reason I didn't give this company ONE star is due to one person in the office who basically agreed with me that this Servpro uses many temporary employees and thus they probably did steal my belongings. My watch, ipad and portable blu tooth speaker all missing. Never let them in YOUR home!!

NOT IMPRESSED! The ServPro team removed/disposed of a large section of crown molding, that was original to the home, and then had no recollection of doing so when questioned about it. The molding was not damaged nor should have been removed from the property. Our contractor was unable to match the original molding with new molding to and it ended up costing me a lot more money to replace all the molding in the room in the end. In addition, ServPro was not willing to compensate us due to their mistake. I would not call these guys again nor should anyone else.
