Some time ago, I received a generous discount offer from Amazon for deep cleaning services. I'd never done anything like it before, but the need was great and timing was perfect, so I ordered it, and the job was assigned to Tasha of Save A Dollar Cleaning Services. I couldn't have been luckier! Tasha did an amazing job and cleaned non-stop for the duration of her time at my house. The work was critical to my getting ready for a major renovation to my old kitchen which is now (finally!) just about done. I will be setting up a regular schedule for maintenance cleaning with Tasha going forward. But that's not all! Meanwhile in the last couple of weeks, a friend needed a major kitchen deep cleaning, including cabinet interiors, and I, of course, enthusiastically recommended Tasha. She most graciously dealt with our scheduling, then our cancelling, and having to reschedule. Once again, she arrived on time, got a quick tour of the premises, brought in her equipment and supplies and began to work non-stop for the next 7 hours degreasing and steam cleaning every crevice of the insides and outsides of the kitchen cabinetry and countertops! Tasha is already scheduled to return to my friend's house for continued deep cleaning of bathrooms and will also be getting scheduled for regular maintenance cleaning there too! Tasha is in big demand and for very good reason!

She is very thorough and the house is always clean and organized after she has been here. Last month there was a rug cleaning special which I purchased and it was well worth the money - the carpets look like they are brand new! I highly recommend Tasha and Save A Dollar.

I had used this service a few times in the past and it was very satisfactory. Tasha is thorough and efficient in her cleaning. However, when a conflict arises, such as scheduling or unexpected changes in price I have found Tasha unable to be professional and communicate effectively. She lacks the ability to be critiqued or asked about any changes to the agreed upon setup. She canceled an appointment and service literally the hour she was supposed to arrive and refuses to have a professional conversation about it. It’s very unfortunate.

I called and got a price for my home to be done. Bought it through groupon. I had an event at my home on Friday the 15th and was scheduled for the 14th. Got a phone call the 13th saying she wasn't going to be able to make it the next day which put me in a bind but told me she would come Friday. That worked ok with me and I text to confirm Friday morning and was told around noon she would be there. Well at 2pm I get a text saying sorry I'm not going to make it which puts me at a complete loss being that I have an event at 7pm that day and no way to contact anyone else. To say I'm highly disappointed is a gross understatement. I feel that if I paid the normal rate and didn't get it through groupon that my house would be cleaned right now. As a result I had to leave work early and try to go home to clean because I had no time to contact anther company. Being a contractor it's also costing me money as a result. I obviously will not be putting my faith in this business. a huge disappointment.
