I'll never forget it, it was a Saturday my husband was going to paint the Den and to our surprise he made a shocking discovery! We had WATER DAMAGE the type of damage where the entire wall needs to come down from ceiling to floor and the carpet had to be removed from the water damage and all the mold! "Who you gonna call?" Well we called Professional Restoration Systems and we are so happy we did the owner, Amy Prihoda, is amazing she came out the same day to assess the damage. Her team came out immediately to start the remediation. The process took roughly 2-5 days, and Amy facilitated all the vendors that we needed in order to get the entire job done! She even handled the insurance claim and dealt with our homeowner's insurance company! They are hands down professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Thank You again for helping us during that very stressful situation.
