Overall very satisfied with the cleaning done by Northwest Cleaning. There were a couple things that were asked to be done during the initial quoting process, that were forgotten. But overall the house was clean, the owner Kevin responds in a fast manner. Would recommend this company to others.

I scheduled a cleaning for 2 hours and 2 people. They came with 3 people the extra person at no charge and spent 2 hours cleaning. I had left a note with my daughter on what had to be done and they did a great job on everything they got to. They weren't able to finish due to the time, but everything that was done was great. I've lived in my home for 3 years and have never been able to get my blinds clean, they did and they look fantastic. I will definitely have them come back and recommend them to other people.

Amazing-- first time using a house cleaning service, started with the spring deep clean and are SO happy with the results. Our schedules are busy and we've resisted doing this for a long time out of guilt, feeling like we should do this ourselves, but my husband and I are so pleased we can't say enough about this wonderful company. The team did a superb job and we are so pleased we are signing up for a standing visit every 2 weeks. The work is outstanding and the pricing very fair, and the owner has been wonderful to work with, scheduling a visit to talk about different services and provide a number of estimates- so happy we found Northwest Cleaning!

Fifteen minutes before my scheduled cleaning I received a text that Angie and Jess were on their way. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They spent the next 4 hours making my home sparkle and shine! Everything looks cleaner and fresher than it has in a long time. Plus it’s a huge weight off my shoulders. I will be scheduling a monthly cleaning with Northwest to keep my house in tip top shape.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. The owners are a pleasure to speak and work with. We had a team of two come do a move out cleaning over the weekend. They did a marvelous job. There was a lot of wood work that was polished and cleaned to perfection. The stove looked brand new as did the fridge. They were done in a timely manner. Sometimes you need to treat yourself and let someone do the house cleaning! Right when when we walked in it smelled and felt so clean. The floors were so clean they squeaked, and I wasn't stepping on my dogs toy.. My oven and glass top stove look brand new!
