My home was filthy from years of neglect, and an occupant who was a horder. Three ladies from Nino's pitched in, and cleaned the four bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and three baths. They did a super job. After returning to my home (not the one cleaned), Pedro, the manager, called me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. It's hard to find that kind of dedication and competence.

I scheduled them a month ago. Less than 3 days prior to the date, Pedro text me that he changed his mind and couldn't make it. He was supposed to be here today! We are hosting a party and I absolutely needed the help with the house. It is not easy to find someone on demand during the holidays and I have used his service for over 2 years and have had issues with floors being very scratched up and furniture being moved and not put back where it belongs, but they were available regularly for service. He really let us down and we will not ever use this service again. Extremely unprofessional!
