My husband called Maid Brigade to get the house ready to host Thanksgiving, after my son and I were getting over being ill. They arrived late. Within moments of arriving they called their boss to say that they were going to need extra time, and charged me for an extra hr, that they didn't even stay for the entire time of. The countertops were still sticky in a couple spots, they didn't dust, nor did they sweep or mop under the kitchen table. Instead one of the women walked around on her phone several times throughout the morning. Both women pointed at things in the house or if I asked a question, spoke in Spanish and laughed at whatever they found amusing. Considering that they didn't arrive til 9:17 am and didn't begin working until 9:42 am, I didn't expect to have to pay for 4 hours especially since they left by 12:50 pm. I will never use their service again.

I have a rental property which I needed cleaned due to my current tenants leaving. I connected with Maid Brigade who originally quoted me $280 but stated it could go to $340 depending on the condition of the home. My tenants were not the cleanest and the floors needed washing, the fridge and stove needed to be cleaned and bathroom needed cleaning as well. My home is small less than 1200 sq ft. I even declined the offer of them cleaning windows as I was planning on cleaning them myself. In the end they charged me the full $340 with taxes it totaled over $360. I visited the home after the cleaning and found several unclean areas. To include - wainscoting in bathroom not cleaned, a spot on the kitchen floor still there (I was able to clean up easily with soft scrub), the kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures unclean, underneath the baseboards not swept, spots on the wood floors uncleaned, and uncleaned corners. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Now I rated 1 star because what was cleaned was the fridge and the stove. They looked great. What played out next was again very disappointing. I reached out to the company they didn’t have much to say and I was shocked they offered no resolution. I emailed again as I had gone back to the home to clean it all over again and had found more areas that were neglected by the team. It took some time for someone to get back to me, they refunded me $50 so ultimately I paid $290 plus tax. $290 gets you a clean fridge, clean stove, 2 rooms of carpet vacuumed, bathroom and kitchen partially cleaned. NOT WORTH IT ! Complete ripoff! When I expressed my dissatisfaction in the end no one returned my email. Stay away from this team unless you want an overpaid group of folks to “pick up” your home.

I am so impressed with the thoroughness and the professionalism from when Maid Brigade has cleaned my house. I have used several companies in the past and they are by far the kindest, most professional and thorough I've used. They went above and beyond and did things that most other companies charge extra for or just flat out refuse to do. They were kind and professional, wanting to make sure I was happy with everything before they were completed. The cost is extremely fair and their initial estimates are spot on. They have earned my business and my recommendation!

If you use Maid Brigade, MAKE SURE YOU’RE WITH THEM AS THEY CLEAN if you need a thorough cleaning. My husband and I ordered a Move-Out cleaning job for the place we used to rent. I ordered specific cleaning instructions that were requested by our landlords. They even called and requested another hour (which meant spending $100 more, amounting to an over $400 job), which I accepted since I thought their job would be done well. Upon arrival in the house for the final walkthrough with our landlords, it looked alright... but after spending just a couple minutes in there, we saw balls of fur they didnt sweep up, spots on the floor they missed, stuff on the counter they missed, very obviously uncleaned cabinets, and more. For example, one of our cabinets was used to store our coffee grounds, and after Maid Brigade came, that cabinet still had an obviously untouched amount of coffee grounds still in it. I wish I could post photos from after the cleaning. I had to spend 5 hours cleaning up everything they missed. I took photos before and after I started cleaning certain areas, just to show how easily it could have been cleaned by them and how carelessly it was looked over. A few things were done well (the shower, sink, toilet, and fridge) which is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1 (or zero). I do not suggest using Maid Brigade unless you are able to be there with them or are not needing a thorough cleaning. I was so embarassed to walk through where we rented with our landlords and claim to have had it cleaned - they were very displeased, as was I. Perhaps it had to do with the certain people who cleaned and not the company’s ethics as a whole, but I suppose I will never know.

$160 was the estimate for the cleaning. Called me the day of the cleaning and said it would cost an EXTRA $120 to clean a small living room, small kitchen and 1 bathroom.Will never use this service again.

Please avoid using Maid Brigade. I used their maid service for both my new house and rental property and spent over $700 dollars. They did not fulfill specific requests alleging the requests were not on the work orders. They also did not clean a toilet in my rental property. On top of that, they claimed to need more time just so they can request more money. Again, AVOID.

Wow. Like wow. For my second cleaning I forgot to tell them not to clean certain parts of the house. I just moved in so I have boxes and other junk everywhere on top of general mess and grime of a single lady who works 50 hours a week. I was amazed when i got home. They condensed all my junk and cardboard on top of cleaning. I'm pretty sure they did a lot more than what was required. Granted, they charged me an arm and a leg but it was worth every penny. Above and beyond my expectations.

Our Maid Brigade Team does a wonderful job every time they are here. We love how everything sparkles when we get home, and there are no strong chemical smells like when we used to use "scrubbing bubbles" ourselves. The green clean is better for our kids and pets health, and the extra free time for my wife and I is a welcome plus! The office staff was responsive to our request for some special services (above and beyond their normal cleaning), the work was done professionally, and the price was competitive. I recommend Maid Brigade to all our friends and family.

I hired Maid Brigade for professional cleaning of our residence before leasing it to next tenant. After cleaning occurred, I was informed that the team did their best cleaning the most toughest spot- bathtub, which was indeed in extremely poor condition. Upon review , and after their best effort, the bathtub still wasn’t in acceptable condition to show it to next tenant , so my husband and I spent additional time cleaning it- and with our contribution, we achieved additional positive results. Overall condo cleaning was acceptable- few things that were missed or miscommunicated between team and owner, that caught my attention though: 1. Hanging web dust from the mirror in the bathroom. 2. Out of 4 sets of windows ( one sliding door)- Inside window tracks were not cleaned at all. 3. On the bottom of toilet seat, there still were spots. 4. Dusty dining chandelier was left untouched. I am giving 4 stars for flexibility of meeting my schedule, strong effort to clean the bathtub, clean refrigerator, kitchen shelves and rooms. I just hoped that after hiring professional cleaning team and, and giving green light to them to spend as much time as nessesary to bring condo to impeccable condition, regardless the cost, I wouldn’t not have to spend time to attend to missed spots myself.
