Overpriced services with workers who you cant communicate with. The girl they sent to my house didnt know a word of english so im sure she didnt understand when I explained what she didnt bother cleaning. "Cleaned" my bathroom if you consider just lazily spraying a sink an toilet cleaning. No attention to floor and completely ignored bathtub. Same deal around the rest of the house with the cleaning girl doing the bare minimum. Im sorry but at the price they are asking for I expected a lot more attention to detail. So if your goal is hire a cleaner who doesnt bother hiring someone who can communicate. Or if you want sub par over priced services this is the company for you. Having to speaker phone a call with the owner so she can talk spanish to the cleaning girl is ridiculous. Paying premium for a complete cleaning only to find a dirty tub, dishes sloppily cleaned is also ridiculous.

I used this cleaning service last week and I am so disappointed! I paid $200 to have an empty apartment cleaned and the only thing It looked like they did was the refrigerater and inside the oven!! Floors weren’t washed or vacuumed, walls weren’t washed, and even the cabinets weren’t wiped out like I had asked. They maybe cleaned the kitchen minus the cabinets but that was It for $200. Smh never again. I made the mistake of leaving the money there and not checking their work until after they were gone.
