Great experience. Julio came to give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional. After surveying the exterior siding, he quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled a time to power wash the entire exterior. A week later one of the team arrived at designated time and completed the job. He did a great job and we’re very happy with results. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I like keeping a really clean house so my standards are pretty high and I was astounded at the incredible job they did. They immediately responded, were very professional and respectful. They went above and beyond any cleaning service I've ever used! Everything looked and smelled cleaned, they did all the windows, trim, scrubbed floors wiped down doors and banisters.... they didn't miss a thing. My house gleamed. The price was awesome too! Absolutely wonderful in every way I just can't say enough.Thanks Julio

Julio Chabla does not stand by his word. We hired him to do a deep clean of our home prior to closing when we sold it. His crew arrived late on the day of the cleaning and I also had some difficulty communicating to them regarding special instructions because of a language barrier. We had a pendant lamp with glass shades in our dining room which normally had a table under it. Without the table, it was very easy to hit ones head on the glass shades. To help prevent this, I hung long red ribbons from it. I also pointed it out to the cleaning crew, asking them to please be very careful. So when my husband called me saying that Julio called to tell him ‘a lamp was broken, but they will pay for repair’ I was amazed! Of course, it was THAT LAMP. I then had to spend over 4 hours online searching high and low for suitable replacement shades (it was unusual & we had to buy 2 so they would match!). Now, after repeated calls and emails, and several blatant lies from Julio saying ‘the check is in the mail’ we STILL have not been reimbursed. I do not like writing negative reviews, but I would not trust Julio. He is dishonest. We gave him plenty of chances to make this right and he blew it. (And I just went to look at my review on google and noticed that another review was written by Julio Chabla himself!! That should be warning enough...)

This cleaning service is terrible!!! They tell you one thing and do another. The cleaning ladies do not speak English so it makes it very hard to communicate. They do not do a thorough cleaning at all. They left my stove top dirty, kitchen counters were not wiped down, my refrigerator door and handles were not even wiped down!! They only dusted what they felt like. and they left the rest untouched! They showed up 1.5 hours early on a Saturday morning when everyone was a sleep! The car they drove in had an oil leak and it ruined our newly paved driveway...there was a huge puddle of oil left and then many, many drops of oil left starting from the top of our driveway all the way down to the end!! When we told JULIO, the owner he didn’t even want to come look at it. He had the cleaning ladies scrub the driveway which did nothing at all. When I called him to telll him the oil was still there he said he would come and look at it. He lied...he never showed up when he said he would. This company is a disgrace!!! I would not recommend them at all. It was an awful experience!! ZERO rating!!!

I recently had my house, garage and roof's power washed. Cleaning of the house and garage was good. However, I immediately realized that cleaning the roof wasn't their specialty. Please do not use them for power washing your roof. The man that Julio sent had no clue, nor could he speak good English, which made it very difficult to communicate with him. He was spraying in the direction that went upward towards the shingles and was making them come off. I ran outside and asked him not to spray that direction because that will knock the shingles off. I know not to spray against the shingles in which the shingles are laying, you spray downward. I immediately called Julio and asked him if the guy knew what he was doing when it came to cleaning the roof and he said yes (clearly he did not); I asked Julio if he would come to see what he was doing and he said NO. I went outside to tell the guy which direction he should be spraying and not to knock my shingles off after I saw what damage he had done to the front of my house roof. Pieces of shingles were everywhere and I didn't want the same for my garage. Low and behold, he did knock one off the garage. When I pointed it out to him, the shingle on the ground, he picked it up and put it back on the roof of the garage. Omg lesson learned - I will never ever call them again for anymore work. Although I still paid what was quoted in the end cost me more money for new roof. Thanks a lot!!

Made an appointment to get a quote for cleaning our empty apartment yesterday and spoke to Julio, our appointment time is 11:30am today. My husband has to take a early lunch break and waited there until 11:48am, no one show up. Call him, did not pickup the phone, got a text message on 11:52am said he is on the way. Call again around 12:00pm and ask him how long we have to wait since my husband needs to go back to work. Someone text me back said he will be there around 12:30pm. One hour late for our appointment. Sure we are not going to use him. Very unprofessional and waste our time.
