I have used them in the past and was quite satisfied but this time quite different. First they said they would be here by 9:30 and then called to say they would be here by 12-12:30. The service man came then. I was quite surprised because one person can not in all honesty move furniture by themselves. He did the three rooms that I asked and even though they looked great the day he did it I am now finding the spots on the living room rug are coming back. They should not be coming back...

I would recommend this company over and over again. When our rental property in new haven, CT had a pipe burst and run for 3 days we had no idea what to do. ECR restoration handled the whole insurance process, explaining everything and making it a less stressful as possible. They remediated the mold that had formed, dried the structure and then just finished rebuilding the kitchen and bathrooms. If you ever have any water damage I highly reccomend ECR restoration.

The best part was that Joe made sure the job was done in time for Christmas, allowing us to have our family over. I am reluctant to post a review of a family business, but was so disappointed that I decided this might encourage them to be more diligent in their window cleaning practices. Two young men showed up to clean the windows and clean two carpets. They were polite, I explained to them what was to be done, then needed to leave the house. I was late returning, yes. I was told that they tried to reach me by phone, but I had no cell service where I was. They charged about $15 per window, some of which were very small, 18x2o single pane, some were sliding doors. When I returned home, there were paper towels scattered around the porch, a ladder was left in the yard, none of the screens had been cleaned, as per contract, none of the runners had been cleaned as per contract, the window sills where screens were removed were scraped of paint, ( they had been recently painted), and the window box upholstery was dappled with dirty water and had to be dry cleaned. The walls beneath the window boxes had foot prints on them. They offered to come back to correct their negligence, ( after being paid in full, $450 for 30 windows), but I don't want them back as I can't imagine the mess they would make washing and replacing screens. I have had this work done before much less expensively and without damage, so Ic an only assume this was temporary work for inexperienced young men. Angelique Craney

One cannot do justice in a small review to this company. Unfortunately I am not enough of a wordsmith to put the words that come to mind when I think of Joe and his crew in some sort of sense. So I thought I should just list them! Honest, empathetic, professional, integrity, knowledgeable, forthright, supportive, polite, respectful, conscientious, dogged, punctual. This company handled water damage, mold removal, and rebuilding. I found Ercolano Cleaning through Home Advisor where they are very highly rated. It was the best decision we could have made. I can not say enough about Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration. They were at my house at 2:30 in the morning with a crew of six when pipes exploded due to freeze. The water damage was through the whole house and the mold was also cleaned up. Joe at ECR handled the whole claim process from start to finish and worked directly with my insurance company. If anyone ever has the unfortunate event of a fire, water damage or even mold remediation I would highly recommend this company over and over again. Not to mention the repair work they did putting my home back together looks like something that should be in a magazine. I can not be more pleased.

Having never been through the process of an insurance claim let alone a broken pipe that damaged our whole kitchen and first floor. Joe from Ercolano was amazing at responding to the emergency with his team. They took over the process with the insurance company and did a amazing job on rebuilding my kitchen.
