The next tenants could move right in that was how good of a cleaning job Ashley from Cottage Care had done on my 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Ashley had her work cut out for her and she did an amazing job. I also love the personal touch of Amy the Manager, she came by to make sure everything was going well and she was excellent at managing the time and making sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Cottage Care, in fact I am having them come to do a first time clean on my new apartment that is how happy I am.

I had Maritza and Jackie come and clean and they both did a phenomenal job!! Hand washed my hardwood floors and my tub/shower was cleaner than I’d ever done it. From the first day that I called Cottage Care 12/9/16 and spoke with Amy Mancini, things moved really quickly on getting my Parents Apartment cleaned, I explained to Amy that I needed the cleaning as fast as I can, she notified me that Jackie would be calling me to set up an appointment for evaluation and first time cleaning, in about an hour Jackie called me and we had set up a cleaning for 12/14/16. On 12/14/16 Lori came to clean the apartment and did an excellent job, my 81 year old mother finally realized how dirty her house was after Lori cleaned it, Thank God, I would recommend Cottage Care to everyone I know, Amy, Jackie and Lori are all very professional people, cottage care should have more people like them working for them. Prompt, professional and they did a great job cleaning. Their prices were the most reasonable in the area and I would recommend Cottage Care. Make sure you ask for the address because the office location can be difficult to find. Setting up the appointment felt a little like buying a car, there are different prices for different things and they dont always tell you pricing, instead they ask you questions and then price based on needs but the local staff is very polite and it seems less ineffectual once you start dealing with the them.

My realtor (on FB) was searching for a cleaning company for one of her clients, and one of her friend recommended Cottage Care. Of course, I had to check them out, as I don't have time to clean my house the way I should. In scheduling my 1st house cleaning appointment, Amy (manager) made every attempt to squeeze me in on my preferred date (THANK YOU!). The cleaning ladies, Ashley & Melissa, arrived on time, for my afternoon appointment, and thoroughly cleaned my home (based on the areas I previously specified to Amy). I have pets, so the house was finally pet hair free! It was as if I had moved into a new home. Ashley & Melissa are very polite, and will answer any and all questions. I had piles of papers and magazines all over the place, and everything was left in an orderly fashion. Because it was later in the day, and the cleaning took longer than anticipated, Amy performed an inspection of the house, and even assisted with some of the cleaning. I'm not on the monthly house cleaning plan, which works great for me. I can still clean on my own, but for that deep cleaning, Cottage Care handles that for me. I gave the company 4 stars, only because there were some minor scratches on my bathroom faucets and kitchen stove. I spoke with Amy about it, and she offered solutions for correcting the issue. After the initial cleaning, I did advise my realtor to contact Cottage Care, scheduling an appointment for her home and any homes that must be cleaned prior to showing. All in all, I'll continue to use the service, as I'm very impressed with the level of detailed and attention to my house by Ashley and Melissa. Thank you Cottage Care!

First impressions are important and Amy, the manager, was pleasant and flexible while we worked out a date for our initial cleaning. Cottage Care sent Jackie and Arvey for the first “deep clean.” They were prompt, polite, and personable. We started with a tour of our home and then left them to do their magic. They did a fabulous job cleaning and left our home shiny and fresh. No problem with our antiques, collectibles, wooden floors. They used non- toxic cleaning agents that left nothing but a shine. The kitchen- wow. Cabinets were spotless- quite a feat as my husband has a knack for getting sauce on every surface when he cooks ;). Amy came out when they were done to ensure that we were satisfied (a definite yes) and to discuss a future schedule. By the way, the schedule is tailored to your needs. Honestly, we are very impressed and so happy to have found Cottage Care. Love their flexibility with our crazy schedules, their attention to detail, the smiles on their faces! And let me tell you, in a house with myself, my husband, our 3 sons, my brother in law (5 guys!), our huge furry dog, 2 toads and a bunch of fish, its incredibly difficult to get the place clean, but they do it no problem, with eco friendly products! We had been using a different firm for some time and decided to give Cottage Care a try. We had our first cleaning yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic! There were two young ladies that started at the top floor and worked their way down and paid particular attention to the bathrooms, kitchen area, and floors. Everyone who has come to my home has been friendly, professional and trustworthy. Each person has their particular strengths but all are capable and all have been a pleasure to have in my home. Any questions or requests are handled efficiently by the office manager. Some of the natural cleaning products aren't quite as efficient as the normal more toxic ones but they'll usually swap out and use your own if requested. And while this service isn't the least expensive you'll find, they are extremely reliable and very professional --which makes them worth the price!
