Hired these folks to clean a dirty split level we moved into last week. For a top to bottom cleaning of only the top floor we were quoted $320. We left the 2 cleaners alone after an hour and were told by our son who was in the basement, unbeknownst to them, that they spent much of the rest of the time talking on their phones. Came home to find many basic things still dirty- stairs not vacuumed, baseboards dusty, floor under coffee table not swept, dirty microwave, dirty oven, and bathroom vanity drawers filthy with previous tenant's hair (something we had specified we wanted cleaned). They swore they put in 7 hours of cleaning between the two of them, which is highly doubtful given the state of the house, but we have no way of knowing since we left. We brought this all to the attention of the owner and she was very apologetic and offered to give us a discount. She then requested a payment of the total minus a measley $30. We paid $290 for something I could have done myself in just over an hour. On positive note the cleaner was very pleasant to talk to.

I am so happy with Dana and her awesome business, Condos to Castles. The work is always thorough. The women who come in to clean never get "in a rut" and fail to see what needs to be done. This is something I've noticed in the past with others--that they do the same thing every time they come, whether it needs doing or not, and don't see something that is not on their "list." Condos to Castles is on top of their game, and show initiative and professionalism. Second, Dana is always super responsive. She answers texts or calls in a timely manner and is amazing at trying to make her busy schedule work with my busy schedule. Condos to Castles is flexible and the customer relations are top notch. The people who helped me before C to C took horrible advantage of me and even robbed me. I was scared to even try again, but Dana and her team are ethical, hard working, friendly, and highly skilled. I'm very very happy with them. And grateful.
