This cleaning service offers nothing more than a below par wipe-down of services. I needed help to clean an empty house before moving in. It required a scrubbing in places and the manager and I discussed a team of four people working over two days. I got two people with no equipment (no string mops or stiff brushes), even the vacuum cleaner had big holes in the hose and could barely suck. What I ended up with was a poor cleaning job, lots of areas missed, and me just wanting them to leave. They even tried to increase the price at the end of the job! No way would I EVER consider using them for any cleaning job.

The ladies came to my home this Thursday. They did a fantastic job!!! The four ladies were there for about 4 hours. They cleaned the bathrooms, vacumed, washed windows, dusted, cleaned the kitchen etc. They didn't miss anything! I asked them to come back in 3 weeks. And, the workers were very nice people!!!

Clara's Cleaning Service is Awesome! 4 very friendly ladies came and completely cleaned my 2,300 sq. ft. house in about 4 hours. I used to think my previous house cleaner did a good job, however, due to the size of the crew, they could simply get more done. Highly recommended! EDIT: After my second time using this service I am downgrading the overall score from 5 to 2 stars. On the second visit, the owner did not come and the girls worked extremely fast. They did not do as good of a job as the first crew did and 1 of them broke something and tried top cover up by discarding a piece of what was broken. When I called the owner, all she did was cover for her worker.... bad choice. All she had to do was say that she was sorry and accept responsibility. I would not have asked o her to cover damages, my review would not change and I would still be using the company. Instead, i will no longer be using this service and i no longer recommend it.

Called them to clean my cement warehouse floors told them i wanted them to use machine and they said they had one they showed up with 3 people and said machine was coming started cleaning my bathrooms and used my cleaning supplies and my mop and broom then they showed up with a rented machine that was junk and that too did not work was small machine and not designed for for commercial and said there machine was not working I hired them that day and they knew machine was not working was a scam and was total disaster and did aweful job and they stole my iPhone charger and used up all my cleaning supplies. Bad language barrier run away fast they don't know how to do commercial cleaning and still made me pay wanted cash I refused and paid by business check one word aweful !!! Learned valuable lesson just because they can make a website that says commercial does not mean they can do the job !! Terrible !!!
