5 stars for honesty and getting back to me when I left a message. They genuinely want to help. :) My cat was not so happy that we moved up here to CT and had been peeing along the walls in the spare room where the litter box was since we had moved (5 months) before I realized what was going on. And even then I though the damage was localized to a small area. I called these guys for a consult when I couldn't get it cleaned. The damage was way worse than I thought. Instead of saying, "Sure we'll clean it, but it's going to cost a lot," they told me it would be cheaper and more economical to rip up the carpet, bleach underneath, and then proceeded to tell me the best, and cheapest way to make the room presentable, giving all sorts of tips. A little sanding and finishing and $36 dollars later, I have a nice hardwood floor room thanks to their advice. And the cat uses the box now. I will use these people for all my carpet needs while I'm out here. :)
