Yikes! Charged $24.50 for cleaning supplies. I had Ana clean 2 properties for me and she charged $24.50 per house for cleaning supplies. That's insane! The work was particularly thorough either. They did show up when they said but overall what I paid $280 for should have been $150.

I’ve been using Bright Cleaning Services since 2008. I’ve almost always been completely satisfied with their cleaning. When I have not, they have bent over backwards to correct the problem with absolutely no push back or problems of any kind. They’ve always offered to send out the ladies again at no charge. More important than that, though, is that I don’t have to keep telling them the same thing over and over again, unlike the much more expensive Merry Maids who hardly ever never got it right. The pricing is very reasonable, the cleaning is top notch and I’ve never worried about opening my home to them. I’ve never had a problem with the ladies being unreliable. This is a big weight off my shoulders. Everyone has always been very professional. The office staff is always courteous and friendly; Karolina is terrific. She always accommodates me when I have particular cleaning needs or when I need to change the schedule. I think that the great approach to customer service comes from the top and so I’d have to credit the owner, Anna, for setting the tone. She’s always been a professional, from the first time that she came to visit me in the evening to provide an estimate to the present. I honestly feel like she and her staff really care about my being happy. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.
