Used them for years & was always VERY HAPPY w/the results...an absolute pleasure to work with! Unfortunately on John's last visit, there was a mix up on their end w/the address & when I met up w/him he was visibly annoyed & rudely indicated that he was running late...HORRIBLE way to greet a loyal customer. The rudeness continued, so much so that I asked him to leave, which he refused to do. Did not clear the carpeted area, cleaned around the chairs...obviously wanted to do the quickest job possible! Maybe he was having a bad day?? SO WRONG to take it out on the customer...NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible job. Left my carpets dirtier than before. The person who "cleaned" my carpets also tracked mud throughout my house so I then had to mop up after him. DO NOT USE!

One thing for certain this company is clean, professional, uses their own water, replenishes after each job. I have been using better carpet for my area rugs since 2010. Great prices, and ALWAYS ask for Eric. He takes his time, explains the process and rug will be slightly damp not soaked.the suction pulls the water out. Drys very fast. Great job Eric.

I had a bit of a crisis involving spilled paint on carpet. Better Carpet Cleaners came to my rescue! They were finishing a job near by and were able to get to me within a half hour. They told me to keep the carpet wet while I waited for them to arrive. When they got here they got to work right away and they were able to get all the paint up! After they left they called and told me to watch out for any paint that may come up from the concrete and to call if I noticed anything and they will come back out. I'm really impressed at how quickly they responded to my call and how professional they were. The price was extremely affordable. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

They always do an excellent job cleaning our rugs! Made the mistake of calling a different rug company one time ( it was because I tapped the wrong #) and what a mistake it was! That company failed to come out on two different occasions to clean my rugs and then gave me a hassle about rescheduling. I called better carpet cleaners that same night and they were there at 7 in the morning the very next day! I've been using BCC for 12 years now and will never make the mistake of calling another company.

Great job on some CHALLENGING carpets! I have a small and VERY busy preschool center- our students love to spend time in our art area, and you can tell by looking at our carpets. Better Carpet Cleaners is great about getting to us quickly, and they do a very thorough job. We are very pleased with the results, and the charge is extremely reasonable. We'll continue to use them, and I've recommended them to my colleagues.
