Just had my kitchen floor done by ARCO cleaners. After they left, I noticed that the floor was dull, patchy and unevenly finished. I called George, the owner, and he said it would cost me another $60 an hour to have someone come fix the poor job they did! He was rude when I had questions, and ultimately we got off the phone with my telling him I would not use him again. Although the workers were very nice, hard working, and polite, they should have waited and assessed the job to see if it was up to standards. I have had a lot of difficulty with this company, but keep on giving them second, third fourth fifth and sixth chances because there are not many choices for polishing my marmoleum floors. The owner, George, is rude almost to the point of being abusive. I would not be at all surprised if the positive reviews were put on by his relatives and employees.

I have used here at ARCO CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE COMPANY for Fellowship Hall, Inc. for the last 14 years. They are top notch cleaners that get the job done properly! If you are unsatisfied with any work in the given scope requested of items that are to be done, a simple call will have them fixing whatever the issue maybe. This is who you call when you want a job done properly!! It is a great company with an wonderful staff!!

When I unwrapped the 5 rugs I gave to Arco Cleaning to clean, I couldn't believe my eyes! They transformed my dull, dirty rugs (both indoor and outdoor styles) into what looked brand new! They also cleaned the cushions on my light green Room & Board Sofa to perfection, getting out stains that had been there for over 2 years. The customer service is top notch, I highly recommend Arco cleaning for all your upholstery and carpet needs.

We just used Arco to clean an entire home. The primary purpose was to revitalize 26-year-old wall-to-wall carpeting, which was looking really bad after all of our furniture was moved out. Arco had a 4 stage painstaking process of vacuuming, shampooing, vacuuming and manual smoothing. The result is pretty amazing. It's obviously not a brand new carpet, but it's not that far off. This was over 2000 sq ft of carpet. In addition, they cleaned 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and a crazy number of built-ins. All areas look great. It's not cheap, but this is absolutely a case of "you get what you pay for". We would use them again without hesitation, and I'm obviously publicly recommending them as well.

This window cleaning was for a century-old home with small panes and very soft wood. Arcos technicians were very thorough and very careful throughout. Such a joy to see through the windows so clearly once again. We certainly appreciated their promptness and patience. Especially when they saw it would take a little more time due to such old windows. I will certainly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Fabulous! Just had the windows and screens in my house cleaned by Arco for the second time. Oscar and Ricardo came earlier than expected and did a superb job. These Gentlemen were polite, clean, and respectful of my home in every way, moving carefully around areas where someone else might have broken a prized possession. The windows, the screens and the frames around them all sparkle. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the pride that these guys put into doing a quality job. I will definitely hire this company again. PS I am not related to this company or to anyone in this company in any way.
