Wish I could give zero stars. Completely ruined my entire move in of my new house. First of all, the owners or whatever they call themselves answer the phone “hello”.... no business name nothing. Should have been my first red flag. So they come out to do the quote- both “owners” call to set something up- clearly not communicating with each other at all. She comes out, gives the quote and leaves. They send me a proposal which I agree to, then I try to set up the appointment for the cleaning... it’s about a week before someone actually gets back to me or returns a call to schedule. There’s red flag number two. Now yesterday comes- the day of the cleaning. I get a confirmation email the day before, stating the appointment at 8am for the following day, which I confirm. So 8am comes. No cleaning people. 8:30. 8:45. 9:00, 9:15 I decided to call and see what was up..... she answers the phone sleepily and tells me “oh. Um. Tomorrow is better for me” ......... ARE YOU JOKING ME, TOMORROW IS BETTER FOR YOU!?!?!?!?!! What the hell kind of place is this?!?!?!? I literally sit there in silence because I can’t even believe what I’m hearing. Remind you; this is a cleaning that I was quoted A LOT OF MONEY for ($500+) to clean and sanitize the first floor of my new home prior to moving in.. so at that point, I’ve wasted a day off from work. Time. Energy. And had to reschedule the people putting in the carpet. Now I won’t be moving in on time. Thanks a lot Amity!!!!,!
