Katie, Jen, Shelby, and Ejay took care of my house this week, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. I live in a house built in the 1920s, and it shows, mostly because there are nooks and crannies that I simply have never touched and never make time to clean. With a first-time deluxe cleaning, your Maid to Shine peeps gave attention to all of the places I haven't been able to. Our bathroom especially has never felt more clean, which is really saying something. I can't imagine how grossed out Katie, Jen, Shelby, and Ejay must have been at different points in their cleaning, but all I can attest to is the phenomenal job they did bringing my living space to a great baseline of cleanliness. They even left a sweet card thanking me for cleaning my house - a nice personal touch. Thank you for your work. We'll try to keep it clean.

The cleaners came one at a time, each in their own cars with their own tools/supplies, well within their appointment window. I engaged Maid to Shine to clean my elderly Mother’s home after the construction company finished making it more ADA complaint. The home has mixed flooring (carpet and hardwood), high end furnishings, and several display cases of hand painted porcelain collectables. I opted for the Deluxe package due to the extensive construction dust everywhere. Maid to Shine showed up on schedule and brought in numerous technicians throughout the day to meet the demands of the job. When it was all said and done, the house looked remarkable. As promised, the floors, blinds, drapes, furniture, windows, and lights were wiped clean and dust free. In addition, the display cases were cleaned – which required removing the collectables. None were broken that I can tell, and all were put back in their respective locations. My Mother performed an inspection after me, and she agreed that Maid to Shine did an excellent job cleaning her home. As a direct result of their quality, I anticipate that we will be contracting Maid to Shine for ongoing Maintenance Cleaning in the future.

I had MtoS come in to help me on a move out clean. I had hired another company 45 days before to clean before the the management company and real estate agent came to inspect the house. A few maintenance people had been on the home to paint, etc and so there was minimal use of the bathrooms and just the normal dust. MtoS was amazing...he made those bathrooms sparkle! Needed 4 bathrooms cleaned and floors swept. Was told the job could be completed in 3 hours and that my best bet would be to pay for an hourly rate. One person was sent and we started her on the basement bathroom which never gets used. Took her over an hour and 15 minutes to clean it and it was the least dirty bathroom in the house. No way she was going to finish everything else in the three hours. We really couldn't tell a difference before and after. We called to complain and were informed it could take 3-4 hours for one bathroom! Ridiculous! I guess when you pay by the hour, things tend to take longer...
