I had a silk turkish rug that needed to be cleaned delicately, but didn't know much about the process of cleaning such rugs. Kimbulians' staff was friendly and very informative. I didn't know how risky it was to take such rugs to the big name cleaners as they are known for ruining them. Being a silk rug meant it had to be cleaned carefully by hand. I was very happy with the results, the colors returned to their original vibrancy, the fringes were restored white again, and it was promptly delivered in my home.

All the posts giving them five star raves are true. They did a great job on a new rug I had to have re-sized. What turned out to be more important to me was how they responded to me and, I trust, others that pushed back their completion dates due to a death in the family of a valued employee of theirs. They were up front, honest about the situation and impact and once everything settled back to normal, they delivered the job. Great work and great people.

All around fantastic service! We had some stains and damage from flooding that several companies said there was nothing they could do, and others who quoted us over several grand. Not only did Kimbulians give us a reasonable price for the size and quantity of rugs we had, but they were more than happy to pick up and deliver directly to our house! Their staff were also very friendly and competent, and were able to offer expert advice and answers on all questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The experts at Kimbulians are really informed and did a wonderful job on my rug. I had some animal stains that caused color bleeding on my hand-woven Chinese rug that I thought was ruined for good. It did take several weeks to finish, but the owner Noury assured me it would be well worth the wait. The stain was removed, as well as the color bleeding, the colors were restored to their original detail, and the rug was carefully cleaned and deoderized by hand. Better than new! These people are pros, and the toughest jobs are handled by Noury himself. Very friendly and thorough service, with pick-up and delivery throughout the state.
