First time EVER using a Cleaners. I brought in a stained dress blouse and initially they were unable to remove the stain. I was crushed. John went above and beyond calling me several times to let me know the status of my blouse. In the end the blouse came back brand new. They did great work on a tough job! I repeatedly tried to clean great deal of dirt off my daughter's winter jacket, mostly from regular wear around the wrists, sleeves & collars, but it wouldn't come off. I dropped it off at John's Cleaners & it came back looking brand new. Thank you! =)

We have been very happy with John's since moving from a competitor. On the one occasion that we had any problem with damage to a garment, they provided an excellent and creative correction. We go to store in Lafayette and appreciate their use of solar energy as well.

I've been going to John's Dry Cleaners for about 6 months now. The first time I went there was to get my Suit dry-cleaned for an interview. I got the job, and I've been going there since. They do good work on both dry-cleaning, and laundering button-up shirts. It's great to have a Dry-Cleaner that I can depend on!
