This is the 2nd time I've personally hired Delintz;
My family has hired them every time dryer vent maintenance has been needed. I voiced praises of them; the very first time I called them for my mother's home.
What a Blessing! Two technicians arrived on time, absolutely could not have been more considerate and polite.
They did excellent work, explained everything they were doing and suggested a maintenance plan determined by the amount of use to the dryer per week. As well as troubleshooting signs to alert me to call to be advised, or if needed sooner.
I hired Delintz again for my own home dryer in October ('18).
Joseph was the technician, arrived on time, very considerate, professional, and highly knowledge -able with informing me with any questions I had and how often a maintenance cleaning would be needed, based on the usage.
Recently, I had been noticing a lot of dryer lint all over the laundry room floor, I just thought the person using the dryer might have been in a hurry cleaning the lint filter; till I discovered the flex hose was no longer attached to the wall outlet to blow it outside.
I called Delintz, spoke to Jackie, also to Deanna; both ladies absolutely the
"cream-of-the-crop"
of nice and gracious , and professional.
They scheduled Joseph again,.
Yesterday was my window-time of the appointment and I had been having one of the toughest, insanely busy and stressed days I've had all year......( .........I know, it's still January. ; )
I was running behind to get there to meet Joseph, I had called Jackie previously to ask if I could back up the appointment time a bit, she kindly accommodated. Later as I was flying (driving very fast) ;
I was still running about 20 + min late.
Jackie and Joseph extended grace to the measure I hadn't deserved or earned; but then,
that's what Grace is.
That's God working on my behalf, through Jackie and Joseph.
Joseph then attached the flex hose as requested, at no charge !!
Later though I decided I wanted to go ahead and have a new flex hose put on; as during the initial appointment, I didn't need a new one and still didn't he said but since it all was so 'like new' again; and it was reasonably within my budget I asked him to go ahead and replace the flex hose entirely.
So, in all this novel I just wrote.....
You can't go wrong or expect better, finer, more consideration, and service, with affordable pricing than this Delintz office.
Oh! And ! Joseph had put on shoe/boot covers to walk inside my home.
I didn't have to ask; he just put them on and started the job after so kindly, patiently waiting for me to get there.
