We've used CottageCare for about 2 years now and are very happy with them. They were flexible with timing and the scale of services to meet both our cleaning and budget requirements. The cleaners are friendly and do a real nice job. And management is always ready and willing to step in should any service not be up to par. Would definitely recommend.

I have used several cleaning services and CottageCare is the best company I have used. Their cleaning staff is professional and conscientious. When there has been a problem, the staff will correct it. I like that a manager comes out to inspect the work by new cleaners. It shows me that they care about their service by staying connected with how their cleaning crews are performing. I have been with CottageCare for over two years and do not plan on changing.

I hired them for a one time deep clean. They sent one person who was very nice, but did not do a good job. She insisted on using her vacuum on my hardwoods rather than my dust mop, and after she had wet mopped, I re-swept and below is how much dust and dirt was left over. I also had to remind her to clean inside the microwave. I paid 403 for 6 hours of work, which was sub-par which amounts to $67/hr--which is more than I make an hour. I wish I had saved the money and cleaned myself!

All the staff is very professional and friendly. They do an amazing job cleaning. They always let me know when they will be there and if anything changes they let me know right away. It's nice knowing you can trust a company to be in your home and come home to an amazing looking home.

We have been using this service for 2 months now every other week and have been very happy, especially when Cassie is at our home we know that it will be clean and tidy (she kind of knows how we like our couch pillows arranged). We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a cockatoo (the latter being the messiest) and we can't keep up with the dusting and the hair along with everything else (foot print, nose prints, etc). Our home is clean when we come home after they are here, from the hardwood floors to the countertops, appliances and bathrooms! They also do a good job of following up every now and then (for us through email) to make sure that we are happy with the service and to see if there is anything else that they can do to improve the service. We would recommend this service to anyone we speak to.

They provide what I consider "quality" housecleaning service and the manager is always very responsive, pleasant, and dependable. The cleaning personnel always provides excellent service. After three different cleaning services, damages and disappointment, we finally found Cottage Care and what a relief is was to find Cottage Care. Competent, committed are the two first things that I look for and got with Cottage Care. and even though we lost our first CC cleaner we got a new person that not only does a great job but is friendly and happy to be in my home, helping me take care of it. Mira , out cleaner, is terrific!!! We're always excited to see her walk up to the house on Tuesdays, and Courtney her supervisor has displayed a level of professionalism that I thought was lost in this day and age. Cottage Care really does. If anyone needs a good service, I'll tell them call Cottage Care, for sure!...but just one thing...how about a 'handyman' reference list? there's more to just house cleaning to taking care of our cottages, a reliable odd jobs around the house, light electric, plumbing, construction, repairs, person from Cottage Care would be amazing, because I"m sure the handy person sent would be a reliable as the cleaners coming to my home. how 'bout it?! I have had Cottage Care cleaning services for over a year. I just love all the people I've dealt with and can't say enough about how nice they are and the great job they do each time they clean. Haley was here yesterday and did a fantastic job. What I like most is that they all seem to enjoy cleaning and love their job. They have always been able to change their schedule for me if I had guest coming or any other special needs. The products they use don't leave my house smelling toxin.
