I had to move cross country a couple of weeks before my move and needed someone to clean my condo after everything was moved out. My realtor recommended a couple of people, but no one was responding (frustrating given I was 2K miles away). Thankfully I found CottageCare! They were extremely responsive, efficient, and overall pleasant to deal with. They sent someone who did a fantastic job cleaning my place. My only disappointment is I won't be able to use them on a regular basis now that I've moved out of area. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Cottagecare for several months and they have been easy to work with. Our current cleaner, Krista is super consistent and easygoing with schedule changes, pets and my chatterbox of a kid. We get text reminders and can reschedule cleanings via text which is really helpful.

We have been customers of Cottage Care now for nearly 7 years, we have seen some of the staff work their way up to managers and always been made to feel like our opinion is valued. This particular branch is our favorite and the new manager is beyond outstanding. Thorough and excellent cleaning. Trustworthy. Responsive. Very communicative and flexible if changes need to be made with scheduling. Personnel are hardworking and very friendly. If something is not done to your satisfaction, they will make it right. They work around you if you're home as I do work from home. Facility Schools

I've been using Cottage Care off and on for a few years. I have so appreciated their flexibility and reasonable prices. Most importantly, their staff arrives when expected and does a fabulous job on my house in a timely manner. I'm so thankful for this services as their are times in life when work and family become overwhelming and it's nice to have this as a backup option to maintain my sanity.
