That told me that they are not paying attention to their communications and that likely would not be good at paying attention to our needs.

0 - stars. These guys are horrible corporate email spammers. After talking to their representative and requesting to be removed from their spam list they still continue to send spam. I'm not even located in the Walnut Creek area. My email address has spread from their Southern California franchise to their Walnut Creek franchise that is now also spamming me. If you hate companies that spam you avoid Vanguard, Rob Dusthimer and Brian Akin

From a recommendation I gave to another company: How long have you been working with them? We have been working with vanguard since before my time here, so more than 4 years. How big is your space? We have 2 floors, about 25 classrooms, a large main office space, and student and adult bathrooms, an auditorium and stairwells. Do you find their work to be satisfactory? Yes, especially since Tom took over last year, they have been thorough and responsive. Are they quick to address any issues or changes? Yes, I can contact Tom at any time, and Jose, our on-site manager, is very helpful and works closely with us on any concerns. Great company, I highly recommend them.
