I’ve had three really filthy carpets - two of them had been stored in a dirty garage for years - cleaned by Thomas Rug Cleaning in the last year and have always been pleased with the results. They come back soft, clean and smelling good. Not only is Thomas Rug less expensive than a competitor in Pasadena, but if you deliver and pick up your own rug, they knock 20% off. The staff is courteous, there are no weird upsells and you can see the facility right there. Work is done on time and on budget. I live in San Bernardino and still drive in to get my carpets done by the pros.

I had a white rug that turned grey, and they turned it back to white in a week! Their pricing was very reasonable to begin with, but when I transported the rug in myself I received a 20% discount! Their building was easy to find (with parking!!) and the front desk was so kind as to carry my rug in and out of my car. What a great find!
