Do NOT go with ServPro of Turlock. This is a shady company. This franchise is owned by the same owner of Toor Construction, and he tries to get you to use his company to make your fire/water repairs. This is against their rules. He will guarantee you everything and then not deliver on his promises. He will over charge you to make more money. The bids that received by subcontractors are doctored by the main lady in the office. She doctors these documents before submitting them to the main office. They then pay the subs based on the lower bid. Furthermore, check out the subs he uses. MOST are not even licensed. ServPro is supposed to use licensed subcontractors and they are not. And when he has subcontractors complete the jobs he refuses to pay them or plays dumb about the job. Also, their employees are supposed to be trained and certified before taking on a job. They are only certified in water - not mold or fire. In fact, they don't even provide proper mold gear for their employees. In addition, despite CA state law, ServPro also does not pay their employees overtime or the required hours when called in to work and then sent home for nothing to do. Plus, keep a close watch on the guys they send. They have been known to steal items from the homes while packing the stuff out.

Servpro of Turlock came out on a weekend and was able to dry out my in-laws house after the fridge water dispenser hose leaked. Their techs were knowledgeable, friendly and well trained. Will definitely recommend them

Thank you guys you were really helpful throughout the entire process. I had a fire and water claim , I was I was overwhelmed with the situation I was in. Once Servpro showed up they made everything look so easy. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any fire or water restoration. They are the pros ! Thank you Servpro of Turlock

I called ServPro after discovering my fathers house had flooded. The kind woman who answered the phone (after hours) was extremely helpful, she took my number and called back right away to inform me the crew would be out in an hour, even though it was well after 8pm. I call this service! The crew arrived and began work right away. They helped with everything, from moving all furniture out, to taking care of the insurance. They emailed daily to inform us of the progress and when we would arrive on site, Shaun and the crew ensured they explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend ServPro Turlock!!
