We had a fire incident in our garage due to electrical shortage. After a long night dealing with fire department, the next day we called our insurance agent to seek help. Our agent gave us contact information of Servpro of Long Beach. Within 30 minutes Henry and his crew showed up and went over the procedure of fire clean up. They worked 5 days vigorously to clean the fire damage in our garage and also Soot cleaning in the back unit. Once their job was completed the back unit looked very clean and smelled fresh too. The garage looked unbelievably clean, they have used special equipment to clean all the charcoaled studs and deodorize. I recommend Henry and his crew from Servpro to anyone in need of cleaning after fire damage. Thank you Henry :)

After we called the SerPro of NW long beach, Henry and his crew showed up in our office in less than 1 hour and cleaned up all the mess, removed the carpet and cut the wet drywalls. we had a fire damage in our kitchen. contacted our insurance company and gave us phone number for Servpro of Northwest Long Beach. They showed up to my apartment within 30 min, since it was our first fire incident they explained what is the protocol for cleaning and drying my place because of all the water from fire department had to use to put ot the fire. Technician was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the process. They started working immediately and handled our household items with care by cleaning and wrapping them with bubble wrap. Company like them take the stress and the presure off in times like this. For sure i recommend Servpro of Northwest Long Beach to anyone with water or fire damge. Big thanks to Henry and Miguel.

Recently, we had major flooding due to a sink that was not shut off in our condo complex on the 5th floor and the water had traveled down 3 floors. We contacted Servpro and they were professionals from start to finish, They were able to stabilize, remove and clean up the water damage in a very short period of time. This could have been a much worse situation had it not been for Servpro's quick response. If we ever need service in the future, I will, along with our association, use Servpro again in the future.

ServPro Long Beach/ Signal Hill was extremely professional when I contacted them with an emergency. Local High School experienced some minor flooding during the last heavy rains. 5 rooms were impacted and they responded right away. They were able to walk the Principal and faculty through the process in getting things remedied. The fact that the call was made late in the evening and they responded within a short period of time, it showed how important GREAT service is to this ServPro facility. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

IT COST ME MORE IN THE LONG RUN.... I had clogged drain lines, a pipe broke and my business flooded, an absolute nightmare, the fear of closing for a long period of time forced me to hire cheap and get fast back to business. I was in a panic and could not afford to close shop. My plumbers did a great job! But, I had no clue the damage sitting water could cause, I learned the hard way. A month after the incident we began to smell a musty odor and continued to linger. Someone suggested that it could be a dead animal in the walls, or behind furniture. We decided to give it a good cleaning, we moved furniture to discover dark spotting outside the bathroom walls. We had MOLD! I decided to investigate as the issue was growing and learned that water is a SOLVENT! I had to call certified experts to resolve this as now my employees and customers would be at risk. Henry and his team came out right away, I was in a panic and their calm demeanor, professional tools and efficiency reassured me that everything would be done fast and RIGHT. Even after everything was done they followed up. I was in the loop with time frames and communication with Edward (Farmer’s agent) was great help in getting things processed with Servpro. In retrospect, I should have called Servpro at first to handle the flood, and avoid the mold. Henry and his team was great! Thank you!”

We hired ServPro to help us with a big cleaning job after our move to a condo. The previous owner had three dogs that had marked the baseboards throughout. We tried several professional and some do it yourself cleaning but the aroma lingered. Finally we heard about ServPro from our friend who works in law enforcement. I guess they clean up crime scenes? We phoned Henry and he did his detective work, sent in a great team of Miguel, Moses and Jesse. It turned out that our MDF baseboards were beyond repair. So the guys carefully scored (to prevent further wall damage) and removed them all. But much to all our surprise a couple of places showed mold behind the baseboards, some with current moisture (plumbing) content. This necessitated mold remediation which, thankfully, ServPro was able to start that very day! I have a mild asthma so thank God they found and fixed this problem before it got any worse. The guys were all professional, friendly, neat and efficient, all we could ask for. They made the process (several days of plastic tenting, noisy fans, etc.) livable for us. Finally our new home looks like it’s going to be a happy place – but no dogs allowed!
