The worker Terri was so helpful and wonderful! i came in with a big load. I'd never been to a laundromat before and the worker here so so sweet and she even followed back up with me after asiting me to make sure it was going well. I felt so uncomfortable asking for help but she reassured me that alot of people are new to laundromats and I appreciate her so much for all the assistance and kindness she gave me! ♥️ made my day!

I not recommended this laundry. The owner is a measly man cause don’t have service to the costumer. No water,no restroom,dirty room,machines every 3 months be more expensive,iif you lose money nobody is not there to replace it. If a child has an accident whit Clorox ,how to have water if look like a desert... I was very disappointed. I will never go back to that place.we need to be valued as customers!!!!

Officers responded just before 2 p.m. to a shooting at the 24 Hr Coin Laundry in a strip mall on Merrill Road at Red Oak Drive. Police said they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound outside the business, toward the rear of the building. The man, who was described by police as being in his 20s, died at the scene. His name was not immediately released."

Omg im in love with a laundry mat! Super friendly staff, excellent machines. They were really busy but they are huge so no one had to wait at all and they have tone of seating, tv's, carts/baskets, and folding stations. Everytime a machine was used washer or dryer, the staff washed them out! This is absolutely amazing. Also not everyone will appreciate this but I certainly did, if you drop a quarter it can't go under a machine they have no gaps where the machines end and the floor starts! Fantastic job because I'm a klutz!

Normally I have good customer service there but their is a new lady at least new to me I normally go earlier and on a different day. Anyways she has a little dog with her and her little dog will be parking and growling witch is not an issue for me. I was getting the last load out to head back home and my son starts crying he is tire and wants to go home so I went to pull my last load and was not even going to fold it just so I could take him back home and that's when she starts yelling at me from across the room holding a cigarette by the back door. She was letting me know how disrespectful I am for having my 2 yr old son crying when no one els should have to hear it and how its giving her a headache. So I had to step out side and wait for my autism 10 year old daughter take the last load out. Im a mom who works full time no car so walk everywhere and I do my very best to raise my two wonderful kids. I have lots of choirs and not always enough time for it all. So sorry I have to do some laundry so my kids can have clean chloths. So I will say this I cant wait for the new laundry mat to open were I will at least have more washers and dryers that work and also I was the only customer their.

My king-size mattress pad needed washing so I went here to use their extra-large washer. It turned out to be a delicate, mostly all-day affair; the woman working (I'm assuming she was the owner?) was SUPER-DUPER helpful. Top-notch customer service; would definitely recommend to friends in need of laundry services. The assistance was much appreciated!!

This appears to be the only laundromat in the neighborhood but the raggediest....the machines are not well kept...they don't repair them and they take your money without a phone number to call...they have cameras in the building but no phone number to contact if your money is taken....and there is a never an attendant on duty...could you please do better

Prices used to be $1.25 per load in the washer. Dryers .25 per 10 minutes. Currently the price per washer is $1.75 and the Dyer is .25 per 5minutes. The front load washers tend to eat clothes as some of the drums have damage to them. When you report a problem, they don't seem to care. Some dryers dry really fast, while others seem to just eat quarters. I could justify the price if they were using the money to improve the washers/dryers or improve the facility in general but that does not seem to be the case.

I was using the other half of the machines that werent broken. No where was there hours posted for me to know before i started that it might be near closing time. They waited until i loaded and paid the machine when they finally gave me a timeframe to be done by which didnt even allow the machine to completely finish. So in the end i was ripped off, disrespected, and had to call my family to come help me get my things. So because i was one paying customer using 12 washers and 10 dryers that wasnt cost effective to stay open for the extra 45 mins until the actual closing time that isnt posted anywhere except on google.

Very clean and dependable machines. Attendants are friendly and helpful. Owner is near by as he owns the pizza place next door. Feel safe there as they lock the door in laundromat so you enter thru the pizza shop so they check on who enters. Parking is good and they dont mind if you take cart out to load up your laundry.

My husband and I are retired and have been living our dream in an RV for almost a year. This was the nicest laundromat I have been in on the road. Plenty of machines that are clean and the friendliest worker that helps. What a pleasant experience for a person doing laundry. She even let us bring in our dog. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had to wash some clothes cuz we evacuated due to hurricane Florence and this was the closest laundromat. One thing for sure, it is totally outdated. There were to retro games in there that wouldve made it dope, if they even worked. But theyre just sitting there. All of the dryers were taken when we got there, so it sucks we had to wait. Luckily they had small washers cuz we had maybe a load of clothes to wash and didnt wanna spend so much to wash. And and when you go, make sure you have crisp bills because its very sensitive. I put in a $5 bill and 3 $1 bill and it rejected the 5 and 2 dollar bills. No tears, no tape.
