I made an order and got an email confirmation, then it just disappeared. Two weeks of emailing customer support and they have no idea, nor will they reimburse me for the loss. Pretty expensive service when you factor in never getting some orders back.

They are also super friendly. I am so glad I found them! They pick up and deliver my laundry at my apartment and they bring it upstairs. I highly recommend Laundry Locker!

Laundry Locker for the win! Convenience and efficiency aside (it has both), the folks who work there are topnotch. Last year, my apartment building caught fire. The local Laundry Locker in Lower Haight offered tenants some free laundry and dry cleaning to help out. I set up my account and a couple texts later, the smoke was out of my clothes. I've been a happy customer ever since. Highly recommend.

When I moved to SF all the dry cleaners were closed on Sundays, and seemed to charge rediculous prices. Then a friend told me about this place that was open 24 hours and I didn't get it. But then I was cruising on a Saturday by Hiaght st and saw what he was talking about. I've now used it several times and it's been amazing!
