Lars should change his name to David Copperfield, because he’s a magician when it comes to cleaning carpet! I’ve used JC’s Carpet for 30 years and am stunned at what he can do for carpet that I thought was beyond help. It’s amazing! Don’t buy new carpet, just call JC’s ! Look at the photo for a before and after. It’s literally like night and day.

Really - as good as it gets. Needed an emergency carpet cleaning for 2 rooms as I was hosting my friends after a short notice... was able to schedule that very day! Within a couple of hours! I have two cats at home and it's really difficult for me to get all their fur out from my carpet. I took my carpet to JC'S Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and they were able to clean all the fur out and the few stains I had on my carpet that build up over time. I had friends over for a dinner party and had a glass of red wine spill all over my carpet. Lucky enough my friend recommended JC's. I got an appointment and was lucky enough to have them come in the next day and get the stain out! My carpet looks wonderful and you cannot even tell there was ever a stain! They've got excellent service! The carpets in my office were pretty dirty after a couple of seasons of foot traffic. Our office is one of the busiest I can say. I was out of my apartment for a week and one of my cats threw up close to a dozen times in my bedroom. The smell and stains were unbearable. I called JC's Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and they had Shannon and Lars out the very next day. They were nice enough to squeeze me in during the afternoon when I would be home. They were excellent. Made sure to check with me after the job was done in order to be sure the stains were out. My carpet is brand new looking without a trace of what my cat had done. I was very happy with the service. Lars responded promptly from the day I called. He offered several dates/times to work with my schedule. He called about 20 minutes before his arrival to say that morning rush hour was heavy and he would be 10 minutes late, and I appreciated the heads-up. When he arrived, he was friendly with my dog (always appreciated by both dog and myself!) and then explained everything he would do. He offered to sanitize the area rug (because of the dog) at an additional small fee, and I agreed. On top of that, he cleaned two smaller area rugs at no additional cost. He was thorough, polite and kind. He mentioned that he also does upholstery cleaning - not in my budget at this time, but definitely a consideration in the future! I also plan to have him soon to do some tile and grout cleaning. Overall my oriental rug looks beautiful, and I highly recommend Lars and his cleaning services.

I contacted JC'S Carpet Cleaning & Restoration in order to restore the carpets of my apartment. They looked worn out and required some tender love and care. The previous people I hired didn't to a great job and I was weary of hiring anyone else honestly. I have a very tight work schedule, which doesn't give me the time to do the job myself. I spoke to them and I really felt like their company focused on customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. So I gave them a chance and wasn't disappointed. They arrived on time and did a stellar job. After a month, my carpets still looks brand sparkling new!
