I am usually very happy with the service at Four Seasons. They pay attention to detail and always are willing to take a second crack at stubborn stains. However, I have been recently disappointed in that they lost a jacket of mine. It is a jacket I really liked and of course, I wish it hadn’t been lost but mistakes happen. What is really disappointing and upsetting is how they have handled it. None of the workers are authorized to do anything for me. I was told yesterday that the manager, Scott, would call me about it and he has not. I guess they think if they just ignore it, I’ll forget about it. I understand and forgive mistakes. I don’t forgive not owning up to them and doing what can be done to make it right.
Awesome service! Dulce Vera, cashier, always greets me with a smile and helps me out with the latest deals. Recently, I left a large amount check ($975) in a pant pocket that I took in for cleaning. Within minutes of my leaving, Dulce called my home and, fortunately, tracked me down by my cell phone to notify me that they had found my check and were holding it for me. Total honesty and great service! Never disappointed!
We live in Fillmore, I drive all the way to the Venture Four Seasons for two reasons; They work hard to get my garments as clean as I require and the staff is very friendly.
Yulissa was very polite and remained courteous (with a smile), even when dealing with a brief cash register glitch. As her boss explained a few tricks to her, a beginner, she eagerly learned and maintained her beautiful smile. Love their service!
I have never used Four Seasons Dry Cleaning before, but thought I give it a chance since its not too far from me. I took in four shirts they were to all be washed and one fixed. The price was good I was told I could get my shirts next day which was only true for three shirt which they DIDN'T tell me. I decided to give it two days, still only came back with three. My shirts have French Cuff and my cuff buttons were missing. So when I went to pick up my fourth shirt later that week, that too had missing cuff-links. I told them about my other shirt and this shirt they could not find them they were suppose to get back to me and didn't I called left a message and still no call back. I called again talked to a rep who was no help at all and told me to call back on Monday. She had no knowledge of her companies website. I would be okay if I just had my cuff links back.
Best dry cleaners around and they do a great job with alterations. Very reasonable priced too. I come from Santa Barbara just to use them!

I do not typically write reviews and personally put little weight into most online reviews. However, a recent experience with Four Seasons cleaners has prompted me to write this cautionary tale. A few months ago, I dropped off several items for standard laundering service, amongst them were a few of my wife’s blouses. When I retrieved my clothes a few days later My wife’s designer blouse had been damaged. We are not the type of people that would typically make a complaint, but this particular blouse had been worn one time and cost about $200. It had a decorative gold chain that was broken when laundered. At first the management at the store offered to repair the blouse. After multiple failed attempts to repair and me taking time out of my schedule to retrieve the blouse only to leave it their for them to attempt a suitable repair, it was aesthetically repaired by I was informed by the manager that it could not be washed again. Felling that this was unacceptable I asked them to reimburse me some of the value of the blouse as we had previously discussed based on my receipt for the purchase price. At this time the manager went to the back of the store and the owner, Sonny Shah came out to talk to me. He was on the defensive right away and immediately started blaming the quality of Michael Kors manufacturing for the problem. Because he immediately blamed the manufacturer, I responded by questioning if it was at all possible that one of his staff could have possibly mis handled the blouse by mistake. He immediately answered "no" and proceeded to explain that they only handle garments according to the instructions on the tag. At that time, I asked how this particular garment should be handled and whether or not it was according to the label. When he went to look for the instructions this blouse did not have instructions on the label. I asked, how can you follow the instructions if there aren't any and again asked if it was at all possible this could have been a mistake by one of his staff. At this point I was getting annoyed with the whole thing and was ready to cut my losses. I ended the conversation by demanding they remove me and my contact information from their system. I specifically said, "I do not want to be contacted by you in anyway, this includes, phone, email, or text... I do not want to receive any coupons or offers either. If I am contacted by your company, I will deem it harassment". After stepping away and debating if I should post something, I decided to let it go, that was, until today. Today I received a text message with a coupon attachment for Four Seasons Cleaners which prompted me to tell my story. I will never do business with this company or the company Sonny Shah also owns and operated CRDN which is in the same shopping center.

If you have a deadline or value your time, I recommend you give your business to someone else. I brought in 2 pairs of pants on Wednesday afternoon, one of which I needed for an event on Tuesday. I communicated to the gentlemen (later determined to be the manager) that I needed them Monday and he assured me they'd be ready. Come Monday, they are not ready. Not only that, I don't even get an apology until after I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wish they valued their customers more.

These people shrunk a cashmere sweater and stupid me I took a white jacket in after that and the cleaner sprayed pert on the buttons and the color came off the buttons and stained the jacket, twice they have ruined my things and i will NEVER GO TO ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN. Beware they might try and fix their mistakes but it can takes weeks and not until I spoke with the owner (who is just about impossible to get a hold of) did something get done, they didn't even have the courtesy of letting me know they screwed up, I had to take the items home to find out. God, talk about wanting to hurt someone! These people have ZERO INTEGRITY!!!!
I just moved into town, in San Diego I had the greatest cleaners I have ever had, I certainly was very nervous about finding another cleaners I was told to try 4 Seasons, When I went in Maria waited on me, the experience was GREAT. When I got my clothes back there was a spot I didn't know about that was taken care of and my shirts were perfect. I would recommend 4 Seasons to anyone. They are a class act.

I went to Four seasons on Victoria Ave in Ventura. I brought a suit, tie & shirt. I asked if the suit would be ready in 24 hours as I needed it the next day. They told me " no problem". A few hours later they called & said it wont be ready until the following day. I told them I needed it in 24 hours & I would come pick it up now & skip the cleaning. They told me they couldn't return it to me. After much ,discussion they finally areed to clean it, and have it ready the next day. I went in the next day & the suit had button marks on it from being pressed over the buttons. The shirt(which had no stains on it when I brought it in) was stained. They agreed to clean it again. I came back the next day & they had lost the shirt, I waited for twenty minutes while they looked for it. They told me to come back in a few hours, that it was there somewhere and they would find it. I came back & they still couldn't find it. I called the next day, I was told it was still lost. I said I would like to be refunded the price of the shirt. They said we can't do that. The next day they found the shirt. They never once apologized or said "we're sorry"', instead they acted as though I was an inconvience and annoying them. They gave me my shirt & a 30% coupon on my next visit. I told them you could give me a 100% discount and still their wouldnt be a next time. Even for Free it's not worth the aggravation!

I bought a dress at a thrift store, & brought it to Four Seasons for cleaning asap, as I needed it for a wedding I was attending. They promised it that Friday after 5pm, however, it was clean & ready a day earlier! Friendly, efficient service.
I really enjoyed my last visit here. They helped us out a lot and worked very hard to get a stain out of my husbands tie. The man at the front desk was very helpful!! I will definitely be taking more clothes to them in the future.

I dropped off my cleaning for the first time yesterday- 2 pairs of pants and a few blouses. I am normally quite good about checking my pockets but for some reason this time I wasn't... fortunately Emma who received my incoming order is amazingly honest and about an hour after I dropped off called me to let me know she had found money in my pocket. We aren't talking a few dollars - it was $300. I am beyond grateful for a trustworthy, honest, caring employee like Emma who took the time to do the right thing. A little pricy? Yes. But Emma's honesty spoke volumes and being able to trust a place you do business with is well worth an extra couple of dollars. Thank you Four Seasons - you have a customer for as long as I live in Ventura County!
