The owner came and performed the carpet cleaning along with his staff. They were very communicative, on time, and very speedy. My carpets look beautiful and feel so soft. They left special fans to dry it out quicker, especially since the day was quite humid and rainy. He had great tips for me to keep it nice. I even learned about a Grandi Groomer! Best carpet cleaning service I've ever had. I'm excited to have them come back to do my tile floors!!
