I absolutely do not recommend this company. I needed a receipt for the carpet cleaning when selling my home and Josh Henry never gave me one. I even paid cash for this service! I highly do NOT recommend his carpet cleaning service. I completely panicked for two months when the potential buyers of my home wanted a receipt of the carpets having been cleaned and he wouldn't supply one. **If the owner (Josh) would've provided me with that information I would have. He only provided me his personal cell phone number. Him being the only tech is no excuse for ignoring my calls and text messages. I'm also business owner. Not only am I the owner, I'm the book keeper, inventory manager, operator, technician etc. Not once have I left one call or message left unanswered. So what you provided me with is absolutely no excuse. I'm probably not in the database because I paid CASH for my services! If I had known this was going to happen I would've paid by check or credit card.

If Miss Crystal Crys would have called the office and spoke with Karla the Office Manager, Karla would have been very happy to mail Miss Crystal Crys a completed and paid invoice for her file. Joshua Henry is the only technician and is very busy just cleaning carpets. By calling the office the problem would have been solved very quickly and no panic would have occurred with Miss Crystal Cryes. We are sorry if she feels that she was wronged but upon looking further investigation she is not listed in our database at all. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience that she feels that she suffered, but she never called the office.
