Fair price and would recommend anyone with dark streaks on shingles, mold on brick, dry-vit, gutters or driveway to call Mike and get free estimate. My house didn't need washing but the fence around my back yard did--washing and treating. I called Natural State because I liked their description of how they do it and the type of chemicals they use and because ALL their reviews were 5 star. They gave me a very reasonable price..now all we had to do was dodge rain storms to schedule the job. But we finally got two sunny days in a row--needed to let the wood dry a bit after cleaning it before applying the sealant. And they they totally lived up to their 5-star reputation! I'd be glad to recommend them to anyone.

Aaron and Mike were actually cleaning the neighbors house across the street when Aaron approached me to clean our roof. Considering I had already attempted this feat once, rendering no real measurable results, I was a willing participant in the deal. From the beginning, expectations were set by Mike giving me a window for a rough quote to be delivered, and within 24 hours, they gave me a quote, stated the time they thought it would take to complete, and a start time. The next day Aaron arrived about 15 mins early (which is always a sign of diligence and attention to detail.) Aaron was very kind to walk me through his strategy, he would consult me and say 'are you happy with the way this is turning out?' and 'what do you think about x,y and z'. I felt that I was in good hands after I hired these guys. At the end of day 1 Aaron said to me "because you have a metal roof, I'm not happy about the brush marks on the backside so I'm going to return in the morning and finish that". I feel like any other company would've checked out, assuming they had done good "enough," collected their payment and gone about their day or onto the next job. Aaron's attention to detail is unparalleled, and together Mike and he make an excellent team and lead you through the whole process seamlessly. I would recommend Natural State Home Wash to my friends and family anytime theres a need for power washing their home. Thanks guys, for all your hard work! The roof looks brand new.

My husband and I are so pleased with the work Natural State Home Wash did on our home. The work was done while I was at work and I was soooo pleased to pull into my beautiful driveway. Parking into my carport, I couldn’t believe how much they were able to power wash, I couldn’t believe the difference on the concrete driveway, siding and brick wall. I assume the bricks were the most challenging, since they had a tremendous amount of algae, they got it off and it now looks like it was never there. I will definitely be recommending NSHW to my clients, as well as family. I think the only thing I regret is not taking a before picture. Wish I could share it on here. Lol

The house and concrete around the pool look amazing. The deck didn't change much but that's because it hasn't been stained in several years, no fault on the guys. I'll be staining it this weekend now that it's clean. The guys were very professional in going over everything they did. I should have had the driveway done as well, but didn't think about it.
