Team #3 is absolutely amazing! Our dog had brought mud all in through the main rooms after a thunderstorm and it was absolutely spotless when they finished!! It smelled amazing, looked better than it smelled, and used their time efficiently. We couldn't be happier with our results from Team 3#. Thank you!!!

My maids were not fluent in English so it was very hard to tell them what I wanted, and their service did not include everything promised on the website. I was present for most of the cleaning and it was pretty awkward since we could not communicate effectively. It is also incredibly expensive as it’s 95$/hour with a 2hr minimum, and they don’t even clean the whole place. Other services will clean your whole place for 200$! I feel like my experience would have been better if the maids had better communication, because there were a lot of misunderstandings and I feel like this was a waste of money. Also the website said the maids would come in uniform, but my maids came in sweats! It just seemed unprofessional, and I was expecting a lot out of the company for the price they charge and the values they promise. It seems some had a better experience with different maids, so it just depends who you get I guess. The receptionist was nice and I appreciate the cleaning, but I feel cheated and I wouldn’t recommend others to use this company.

When i saw the rating was so good i just left the key to them and leave the house, They only cleaned what your eyes can see, windows between underneath was so dirty after i checked, behind the toilet seat was still left stain on it, top of the fan was still dirty, they only cleaned the fan from the ground. Garage was still so dirty even when i opened the door of the heating inside of it very2 dirty. Emailed them and complained the next day, and totally no reply, i even took photos of the spot and emailed them and still no response. Finally i had to clean them myself. Useless spending $350.

Our Molly Maid dream team is "Team #5 (Charley and Shonda)" and my husband and I call them our dream team due to the fact they exceed our expections after every cleaning. I have a rare lung disease and can no longer maintain our home cleaning maintenance. We had our fears of having strangers cleaning, due to all the nicknacks we have. They have proven our fears were unfounded! It is seldom you find good character combined with a joy and gratefulness in doing their job. They have proved, to not only be efficient, timely and friendly with a follow up of a job well done. They were supposed to call me letting me know what time they would be there, I never got a phone call. They told me my house would take 2-3 hours, I got a call 3.5 hours into them being there that they would need an hour and a half more to finish... they spend 5 hours cleaning a one story, average sized house..

I wanted to continue to enjoy Molly Maid's service, but recently cancelled. The first time was excellent. The second time was a disappointment as Molly Maids was here for an hour only to clean my bathrooms. I realized after I was home that our master bathroom had not been finished as both sinks, vanity, and mirror were still dirty. They did have a second team arrive same day and ended up cleaning that entire bathroom all over. I did notice the following day that one of our upstairs bathrooms had not been entirely wiped down. In addition both upstairs toilets did not look like they had been cleaned. My third time, the cleaning was done well. However, trash was not taken out, and a container of Maker's Mark cleaning solution was left on a bathroom sink. I guess they did not miss it after they left? My experience has been so inconsistent I decided best to cancel.

We have never had a cleaning service as good as Molly Maid. The attention to detail, the care they put into our personal items, and how they leave our home clean and tranquil is just incredible. We have stress in our lives that makes it impossible to keep up with cleaning maintenance of our home, and every four weeks a team comes in, works hard and even adds finishing touches, like folding the blankets on our beds or even adding a decorative touch to our tissue boxes. While it's true that Molly Maid is more expensive than an independent cleaner, we never have to worry if someone will be able to make it in our scheduled day, and the fact that they're bonded and insured adds the security that they will be careful with our home. Thanks so much to Team 8 and any other staff who have helped bring peace to our home each month.

I had them redo the bathroom and floor as it was not cleaned the first time and yet they charged me for the time anyways. They also used the same cleaning supplies for my entire house , including hardwoods. Too pricey and the service is not worth it.

Dear Readers, Let me preface this by saying I wanted so much to love this service. My fiance` wanted to get me a treat for the new year and hire cleaners to scrub down our house. He was quoted on the phone a two person cleaning team for 2-3 hours would suffice and would be approximately $250...expensive but definitely in budget for an extravagant gift. The first day they were supposed to show up, the owner Michael(?) called to cancel because they were overbooked and he moved it to the following Friday. That Friday, I greeted the two person team at the house showed them the work ( I am not a picky person, I am friendly and overall a completely reasonable person.. and I said as much) and I went to work thrilled with my gift. To be clear, it’s just my fiance and I, no children, we aren’t hoarders or dirtbags, we just moved here so there’s no junk, and our downstairs is completely bare, as in NO furniture, just concrete so nothing to clean. We return to find 6 people working on our two bedroom house 3 hours later and they finish up and state it will be $509. We weren’t sure what to do but take it up with the owner, not the nice ladies cleaning our house. I called the owner as soon as the business was open the next day and he tells me “well I don’t have any room to refund money because those workers were on overtime”. What? So you cancel on me then charge me more than double the quote. I don’t know about you dear readers but $500 is not a single service fee, it is a CAR payment. The owner’s complete ambivalence about business practices was also very evident! Never call this place without a quote written in blood and signed in front of a judge!

Since signing up for Molly Maids, Team#6 has really done wonders and made my life easier. Working daily and having minimal time to relax, molly maids has given my weekends and evenings back by doing an exceptional job cleaning my home. I have noticed the tables dusted, linen folded nicely in the bathrooms, floors mopped cleaned, stainless appliances cleaned, vacuumed floors, and taking out the trash. After cleaning, my refrigerator light was off and two of bag clothes were missing. They claimed did my favor to dump my clothes. Those clothes are in car garage which i specifically mentioned not to clean it. Never got call back after I complained those things even they said they would give me call back.

Team #8 is just great. Very friendly. I am somewhat handicapped and they have dealt well with what I can and cannot do. I recently recovered from major knee surgery so they had more messes to deal with. The language is sometimes a bit hard with one of the women but there is always one of them who speak at least a little English. I love when they come as my house is so clean.

Mary & Jennifer on crew #8 came out to do our initial clean. I was a bit nervous as I’ve had other cleaning crews out from different companies before who did not meet my standards. Molly maid crew arrived on time, with all the cleaning supplies ready to go. They worked hard from the moment they arrived & when they were finished I was in awe. Since signing up for Molly Maids, Team#6 has really done wonders and made my life easier. Working daily and having minimal time to relax, molly maids has given my weekends and evenings back by doing an exceptional job cleaning my home. Absolutely horrible. I live 3 and half hours away from my rent house. I came down to the area for a few hours so they could clean it; they finished mopping, I locked the door and left. I came down to give my tenant the key, the place was not clean. My tenant has had to clean a house that she should have been able to move in immediately. I called, left my number since their system was down, never got a call back. I called 4 days later, and they "can't help." Paid over $300, and my tenant has to clean up. Ridiculous. Will never go to them again.

We've been Molly Maid customers for 2 years now and it's been an occasionally rocky ride. Frankly we have many times considered whether to continue with them, but have persisted (mostly because of their 24h guarantee which we have used several times when the clean has been... not clean at all). :) Things changed and we struck gold last spring with Team #4, Francisca and Estela - they do the detailed kind of clean that we would expect from a service like this. Whenever this team cleans, the results are fantastic!!! Whenever we have gotten a different team (if ours has been unavailable), the old problems have resurfaced (no cleaning under couches / beds, no replacing trash bags, no scrubbing of stovetop, no dusting etc.). We have now decided to always make sure our team can be there, or reschedule if they are unavailable. Francisca and Estela are amazing, efficient, kind, and professional - these 5 stars are for them! :)
