We have really enjoyed the super cleaning jobs that the two ladies who come to our house have done. We used them for a thorough cleaning of the house the first time following my wife's hip replacement surgery because she could not get around to do the cleaning herself. After the great job they did then, we made a plan for them to visit the house every two weeks to help with the cleaning. They do a super job and are very thorough and dedicated. In addition, they are always very friendly and conscientious in making sure the cleaning is done to our satisfaction. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock has been cleaning our home on a regular basis for several years. We recently sold that home and, during the chaos of moving, needed a team to come in and do what is called a 'move out' cleaning service. Best $$$ you can spend when moving! They clean top to bottom and leave it looking great for the new owners. When the renovations are completed on our new home, we will be calling for a top to bottom cleaning before moving in then get back on a regular cleaning schedule. I highly recommend them.

I have been pleased overall with the cleaning service. The teams have been pleasant to interact with, too. I did notice today the house didn’t smell as strongly of cleaning fluids and this was a pleasant finding. I had been meaning to ask for “less chemicals or a more diluted” cleaning solution. It’s hard on the pets and on my sinuses. My only complaint is on several occasions the time window given for the arrival was way off which threw off other plans for my afternoon. I've been using Molly Maids for more than 15 years and have friends who've tried other services and yes, there may be some whose price is a little bit less. Let me tell you why. They skip the little things and hurry hurry to leave. Molly Maids does it all. We hate to dust in our house and there's nothing more valuable to us than a crew who dusts the blinds, the baseboards, and the furniture, every single time. The house is immaculate before they walk out the door. Professional, courteous, and great = what more can I say!

This dishonest and unprofessional company missed one appointment at one property then cleaned another property of mine on the wrong day all in the same week. I came home from work to find my home smelling awful. I asked my sweet, confused mother what happened and she mistakenly allowed these liars into my home. It took 3 people to do what one person normally does in the same amount of time. I was furious and the company would not admit their mistake. Do not throw good money to this company. In response - I did not acknowledge that you had tried to call me because I never knew you had been trying to call me. I responded to the email with a question being - how can I help you? I would have called had I know that was what you wanted me to do. I was clear with Pedro about the estimate stating clearly that I did not need a deep clean - rather a routine maintenance cleaning. I was told they would not get to blinds and other items in such a short amount of time (4 hours with 2 crew!). I know people who can get the entire job done in half that time for 1/3 of the price. I was also clear about the crew arriving between 11 and 1 on the day they were supposed to clean. Not only did the crew arrive on the WRONG day, they arrived around 3 pm and stayed until 6 pm. They had apparently just left when I got home from work. Again - I felt violated learning someone had been in my home without my permission!

We were very disappointed with our experience. The onboarding process is simple enough, but the pricing is very unclear. A team of two cleaned 1 bedroom and 2 baths over the span of 3.5 hours. This led to a charge of $320 for our initial cleaning. We never received an invoice or explanation for the $320 charge, just noticed it a few days later. (The salesman at the initial visit said the average home takes ~2 hours on the first visit, and we even cleaned beforehand.) We would've almost been okay with this cost had the team of two not been 1.5 hours late and been in our home past 6 PM on a Friday evening. We won't be using Molly Maid ever again, and I'd urge you as a customer to have clear expectations of the initial cleaning charges. Also, my fiance was treated very poorly by customer service over the phone. I understand the offer to come fix anything that needs further cleaning, but our issue was solely with the time spent cleaning our very limited space (under 1,000 sq feet). I can only imagine how costly this could get in a larger home.

I was VERY disappointed in my experience with Molly Maid. I live in a 900sq ft apartment which I keep very neat-I even picked-up around before the maids arrived to make things easier for them. I was quoted an hourly rate for a two person team for a minimum of two hours. I agreed and gave my card number and expected to be charged that amount for the services listed online. My card was charged more because they said it took over 2 hours to clean. (2+ hour with 2 people for 900sq ft?) I also found they had cleaned all the 'obvious' areas but left the less noticeable areas still dirty. (Didn't dust lights, vacuum the sofa, left trash on my front door, food left on the floor) I called to ask about a refund on the overcharge and inform the management of my poor experience. The only response I got was "we don't do refunds but can send a team to clean up the areas they 'missed'." Like I said-I am very disappointed and was charged an absurd amount of $225 for a half-done job. Will NEVER recommend this service.

The ladies today on Route #30 were fabulous! They were not only thorough and friendly at the end of a long day, but I am sure my dog is in love with them. I briefly mentioned that the dog was acting pitiful, because she wanted to be with them instead of outside, where she always stays when they are here. I mentioned that the dog was fine, just an act, and thought nothing more about it. I left before the ladies were done, and looked forward to returning to a clean home. When I came in, not only was the house immaculate, but the dog was happily napping in her favorite spot, and they made sure she had food and water available! The ladies went above and beyond!

Way too impressed and professional. We are a "3 20 yr old guys" household so if that means anything nonetheless, we were amazed of the work they did. We have a business that usually keeps us very busy traveling in all parts of the state and so we rarely have time to keep up with the house due to our exhaustion and lack of "keeping the house clean." We had to get ready for a big meeting and it required them coming to our house and entertaining them. We went online and looked up house cleaning service and Mollie maid popped up. 5 star reviews is a joke. I would give them 10 stars. Our house had random things lying all over the counter, floors, and anywhere else that we can lay something on top. I called to set an appointment and the lady on the phone was very helpful. I never hired a cleaning service before and she walked me through it confidently. Two ladies pulled up to my house the next day and I showed them around (I was stressed out because I did not move my furniture where it belonged before they came.) One hr later there were three cars outside my house, that will show you how much work that needed to be done. 1400 sq ft. 2 baths 3 bed. Boy did they clean. I only spoke under 20 sentences probably. Anything that they touched, they cleaned. Period. They dusted a piece of paper that was lying on the ground and they cleaned my roommates shoes!!!! When they were done all the furniture was organized and made the house very presentable. I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. They did it themselves. I have never seen my house like this nor did I ask for a interior designer. There was absolutely no dust whatsoever. The ladies were by definition professional. Kudos to Mollie Maid. We are not even going to use the kitchen until our guests have arrived haha.

They way overcharged us. We have a small ranch home and we got charged $445 for a team of 3 to clean for 4 hours...There is absolutely NO reason why a team of 3 people should have EVER taken that long to clean our home. Book literally any other cleaning service and they will do just as good of a job for about a forth of the cost.

Thanks to Customer Support for calling me and telling me where to post the 5 star review (I didn't see an actual review place on Google Plus or Facebook, but left a similar post to this in both places). I've had the service for quite awhile now, and they save me a lot of grief in cleaning in each month, as I'm fully disabled...especially since my apartment complex does inspections every so often. Ashley and Flori were the team members today, and they've been here at least once before. Thankfully, my apartment doesn't get that dirty, as I rarely have company, but it does need cleaning each month.

If I could give no stars, that would have been my choice. I called to get an estimate on a one time move out cleaning on a 1300 sq ft house that has never housed pets or children. I was given an estimate of two hours cleaning time at $95 per hour. The house was empty!!!! The two women “worked” from 1pm until 8pm. I received two calls from the main office asking for more time because they weren’t finished. I was gifting a friend this move out cleaning and what SHOULD have cost me $200 ended up costing me $550!!!!! I have no idea what took so long because I could have done it in three hours by myself. I would have gone to other cleaning services for estimates had the gentleman who gave me the quote been honest with me on the front end. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an honest company who will honor their estimates and not charge you over twice the projected cost. This company is a rip off!!!!!!

This first time my house was cleaned I wasn’t pleased. The ladies cleaned my hardwood floors with pinesol and water. The marble around the fireplace was smeared and scratchy looking. I paid a huge amount of money for that first clean. The house smelled clean but inside my decorative cups wasn’t cleaned on top of the refrigerator.
