I called for a move out cleaning. I've never used a service before so I didn't know what to expect. I was amazed at the awesome job Summer and Ashley did. They even cleaned the area under the stove burners that no one sees and probably no one else would have looked at. Thank you both so very much. You all made our move that much less stressful. I will recommend this company and these two wonderful ladies.

I worked for merry maids through labor max an Todd is the worst person to ever work for first of all he promised cold water which he never provided he tried pushing us to do a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in 3 hours he tried making us wait 4 an a half hours for a 15 min break we were told it was a 9 hr a day job an the first day he kept us for 12 hrs with a 1 hour lunch break we started at 7 am an didn't get a break until 3:30 pm so our first break we had to go 8 an half hours for a break an the want to blame labor max take responsibility Todd ..give credit where credit is earned ..stop blaming other people for your failures cuz I was there all ten days seen it with my own eyes

False Advertisements! Good luck actually getting them to show up! The Merry Maids of Lowell website states that they serve areas that they actually do not serve. I have contacted them directly to have their website updated to reflect areas that they actually serve. I told them I would check back in a week. When I did, the website was still the same, so I filed a BBB complaint. It has been a month and they haven't responded to the BBB complaint. So, now I am turning to reviews to let everyone know that this business is terrible! Either they are too lazy or too dishonest to update their website, or they want you to reach out to them, and then decline to serve your area if they decide they do not want to work with you. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I have used MM for several years. The company sold and I have not been as satisfied since the new owner has been in charge. The current owner does not communicate very well with his employees. There have been a couple of times I had to re-mop because the house smelled like a soured mop had been used. I scheduled cleaning of my upstairs for incoming guests and it was not cleaned as scheduled. The second time this happened before Thanksgiving, I discontinued my service. I had left payment in the amount due for the entire home, about $53.00 extra, and the cleaners took the check but did not clean the upstairs. I have since been trying to get a refund with no satisfaction to date. I used to really like my MM service and would recommend them, but I would not now.

Our Merry Maids, Nicole and Cheryl, did a spectacular job. They worked very hard the whole time they were there and our home was sparkling when they left. Faucets shining, granite countertops gleaming with no trace of residue... Our home has never looked so clean. I am very impressed. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 10:30 and actually showed up around noon. But things happen (traffic, previous job taking longer than expected) and in light of the tremendous job they did, I can overlook this one snafu. Job well done, Merry Maids!

I chose Merry Maids because they provided the most detailed list of what would be included in a deep, move-in cleaning as well as the most specific quote, even though it was the most expensive. Bad decision. After three visits from three different teams, my house was still not clean. Dust hanging on walls/from ceilings/on top of cabinets, kitchen shelves pretty gross, drawers had not been wiped out, etc. I finally gave up on their satisfaction guarantee and called a second company to finish the job, instead of having MM back for a fourth visit. Never got any refund from them (they charged my card before they had even completed the service), so essentially paid twice to clean one house. Can't speak to their regularly-scheduled services, but I do not recommend you let them deep-clean your house. No attention to big stuff, much less the details. Added some pictures taken AFTER three visits from the cleaning staff, plus one after the second cleaning company was done (for reference).

My husband and I for a Christmas gift hired Merry Maids to do a cleaning for his Mom and Dad. They are getting older and have some back issues and are unable to get down and clean floors anymore. My Mother in Law loved it! Nicole is the lady who showed up to clean her home and she said Nicole did an excellent job. I would absolutely refer Merry Maids to anyone.
