We have never had a septic tank before, so when we noticed there was an issue with ours we had no idea what to do. We called and spoke with Craig who answered all my questions over the phone, and then had Johnny on site with us within a few hours of my calling. Johnny was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. He fixed our problem, answered even more of my questions, and explained the different parts of our septic system to me as well as how to maintain it going forward. I am extremely greatful to everyone at Best Jet Septic, and should we ever have another problem with our septic tank they are absolutely the people I will call. I highly encourage any one who has any problem with, or question about, their septic tank to give Best Jet a call!

We had a family w/lots of children coming in for the week end. The sinks would not drain and toilets backed up. Ms Bertha sent out emergency service within about 4 hours. They cleaned out all my drains and opened everything up so I could get through the week end. I was so thankful. The following Monday morning early they replaced damaged drain lines. They were very knowledgeable and professional at all times. I think they went above what most would do in getting my problem relieved before company showed up.

My experience with best jet happened in 2006 when they come and cleaned my lines. They dug a hole and come got me said three lines were crushed. I got charged $1675.00 when the state widened the road they put us in a new septic system when they ask where the distribution box was I took them where best jet showed me and to my surprise there was no box they lied to me and put a dummy box told me it was having problems. I hate being lied to.
