I started working for Alliance and noticed probalems pretty quickly, we were required to wash the rags, and the mop heads in our own home which I think it's pretty gross, and unprofessional. I started on May the 13-24 I was supposed to get my first paycheck on the 27th never received my pay even the day after, I explained to my area manager I wouldn't be returning until I received my pay. He took this is my "resignation" no, I didn't say I quit I said I would return when I received my money, I don't work for free. I got in contact with HR they said I would be paid the following pay period. Which is today the 12th. Still haven't received said payment. Overall I would not recommend working for this company, you don't have the eligibility to get over time pay.

If you want your business to be cleaned by professionals, look no further. I am the Dean of Education at a college in Rogers, Arkansas and we have used Alliance Maintenance of NWA for 5 years. Our campus needs cleaning services provided daily, as we have students both day and night. This company has never let us down. The campus is spotless every morning and the smallest detail is never overlooked. I highly recommend Alliance Maintenance and if you are looking for a company that treats your business as their own, this is your only choice.

This company doesnt deserve a one star. I never received any payment and I emailed the HR lady that never replied about it. They expected me to work for a 2 hour pay when it took 4 hours to clean a place. Finding out it was a new place that they didnt even know how long it was going to take. I was suppose to receive a 4 hour pay for it but between this and other problems that transpired, I never received any money for the time that I wasted in this company. They are unprofessional and liars. I wouldn't work for this company nor would I allow them to clean building. Be careful. Theres a big reason why they have such a high turn around.

This company promised high hopes and attention to detail. They offered a deep clean for free to get started. Have never seen a “cleaning company” that seriously does not know how to clean. They do not do as promised and they do not fix the issues. They will follow up and make promises of getting the job done but they don’t. You can even point out things they have not done and they still can’t get it right. After the supposed deep and detail clean and the next 2 visits they still had not even noticeably swept or moped. Nice people but maybe they need a new career path. Seriously you should not hire them off of their promises and play on your needs. THEY AREN’T a GOOD CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!!! Better luck on Facebook or Craigslist. Also, I have spoken to an employee and they are not paid fairly and work long hours while this company rakes in the money without any customer satisfaction.

Carol Ann is the best & more than likely the best asset this company has. They used to be our cleaning company but after a few issues we let them go. Since then, new procedures have been put in place & we're assured of great service. Thanks Carol Ann!
